The Curriculum Philosophy section of the "2022 version of the National Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education in Arts" explicitly proposes to "highlight interdisciplinary integration" by taking music as the main subject and strengthening its connection with other subjects to achieve organic integration between disciplines.Conducting music interdisciplinary integration teaching plays an important role in promoting curriculum development,cultivating students’ core competencies,and has become the direction of China’s current efforts to deepen basic education curriculum reform.In this context,"how to design and implement music curriculum interdisciplinary integration teaching?" affects the implementation of music curriculum and restricts the educational effectiveness of music teaching,becoming a problem faced by education workers.Therefore,the author takes A junior high school in Jiangsu Province as the research object,analyzes the actual situation of interdisciplinary integration teaching in the school’s music classroom through questionnaires and observations of teachers and students,learns from its excellent experience,and points out existing deficiencies.The author uses three forms to deepen classroom practice and proposes certain suggestions to contribute to the effective use of interdisciplinary integration teaching in junior high school music classrooms.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is conceptual research.Firstly,define the concepts of "interdisciplinary","interdisciplinary teaching",and "middle school interdisciplinary integrated teaching" to clarify the basic connotation of the research object.Subsequently,the value of interdisciplinary integrated teaching in the classroom,students,and teacher-student relationships will be elaborated.Finally,based on the education and psychology books that the author has read,summarize the principles that need to be followed in interdisciplinary integrated teaching.The second part takes A Junior High School in Jiangsu Province as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of interdisciplinary integrated music teaching in junior high schools through a questionnaire survey.In the third part,teaching practice is conducted in three forms: "interdisciplinary knowledge","interdisciplinary methods",and "interdisciplinary learning environment".The first two lessons respectively select "Jasmine" and "Schindler’s List" from the junior high school music textbook as examples of practice.In the exploration of "interdisciplinary learning environment" teaching,the author found that there are multiple music drama appreciation courses in the junior high school music textbook,such as "Castle in the Clouds","Someday",and "Memory".Therefore,the author chose to try to carry out the comprehensive activity of "music drama small stage".After completing the teaching practice,the author timely reflects and summarizes according to the classroom situation.In the fourth part,based on the construction,practice,and reflection of the above three cases,the author proposes application suggestions for interdisciplinary integration teaching in music classrooms from the three aspects of teaching,teacher,and student,hoping to provide reference for interdisciplinary teaching in other subjects and schools.
