In the national long-term education reform and development plan from 2010 to 2020,China’s education department put forward that all schools and departments must attach importance to and strengthen labor education,focusing on cultivating students’ quality of loving labor and working people.In March 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued an important guiding document on strengthening labor education Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era,which requires all primary and secondary schools to effectively promote and implement labor education for primary and secondary school students in accordance with the Party’s educational policy.In the national conference held by the State Council and the Ministry of Education,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized that labor education should be included in the basic requirements of socialist builders and successors.On this basis,General Secretary Xi also put forward the educational ideas of "building virtue through hard work","enhancing wisdom through hard work","strengthening physique through hard work" and "educating beauty through hard work",that is,the educational idea of "developing morality,intelligence,physique and beauty through hard work".It can be seen that practicing labor education is not only the need of national policy,but also the need of stabilizing the future development of the country.However,in the usual school education,most of them only pay attention to the development of "morality,intelligence,physique and beauty",and often ignore the labor education.Based on the national policy and development trend,it is an inevitable requirement of the development of the times to attach importance to and promote labor education.The content of labor education can not only be used as decoration,but should be integrated into the education of various disciplines in combination with teaching practice.As a discipline with strong theory and practice,chemistry can be well integrated into labor education in the teaching process.Organic integration of chemistry teaching and labor education in the perspective of subject integration,finding the integration point of chemistry education and labor,and combining the core literacy requirements of chemistry with the concept of labor education can play the value of labor in teaching practice,promote students to establish correct labor values and cultivate their enthusiasm for participating in labor.This paper studies the labor education of chemistry teaching in senior high school from the perspective of subject integration,which is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part: Introduction.Through literature research,this paper explains the basis of the topic selection,and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of integrating labor education into chemistry teaching.Find and sort out the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and analyze the current research status at home and abroad.On the basis of literature research,this paper clarifies the research ideas and methods of the paper,and puts forward the research viewpoint that "it is feasible to integrate chemistry teaching with labor education".The second part: An overview of the integration of high school chemistry teaching into labor education theory from the perspective of subject integration.First of all,on the basis of literature research,combined with the characteristics of high school chemistry teaching content and labor education content,the concepts of subject integration,labor and labor education are defined.Then,it analyzes the current situation of high school students’ labor education under the background of the new era,finds out the problems faced by developing labor education in high school,and analyzes the feasibility of integrating high school chemistry teaching into labor education,thus putting forward the following views: 1.The educational goal of "educating people through labor" is in line with the core literacy of high school chemistry;2.The educational effect of "increasing wisdom through hard work" has something in common with the subject characteristics of senior high school chemistry;3.The curriculum core of labor education is related to the content of high school chemistry textbooks.Finally,from the perspective of subject integration,the value of integrating high school chemistry teaching into labor education is explained: 1.it is beneficial to strengthen the practical value of high school chemistry curriculum;2.It is beneficial to highlight the innovative value of high school chemistry curriculum;3.It is beneficial to highlight the labor value in senior high school chemistry courses.The third part: the practical path of integrating high school chemistry teaching into labor education.On the basis of previous literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper studies the practical path of high school chemistry integration labor education from the perspective of discipline integration,and puts forward the integration in the following four aspects: the integration of teaching objectives,the integration of teaching content,the integration of after-school activities and the integration of teaching system.After making clear the above four integration directions,the author digs into the relevant labor materials in the teaching materials of Compulsory 1 and Compulsory 2 of senior high school chemistry,and takes the cultivation of students’ core literacy as the school-based goal of the integration course.In the teaching process,the topics such as classroom inquiry labor,daily life labor,productive labor and service labor are explored,and the "humanistic labor","scientific labor" and "experience labor" are designed in the whole link and full coverage in combination with the strong theoretical and operational characteristics of chemistry.Part IV: Teaching cases of high school chemistry teaching integrating into labor education from the perspective of subject integration.According to the integration strategy proposed in the third part,two representative teaching cases are designed for senior high school chemistry teachers to refer to.Among them,case one,Uncovering the Primary Battery,is an inquiry activity to design the primary battery device in connection with the actual production and life,and to integrate labor education into the inquiry process.Case 2 "Making Alkali in Hou Shi into the Classroom" is the content of labor education based on the history of chemistry,combined with the exploration of chemical experiments and device improvement.This study is not only conducive to improving students’ understanding of labor value,but also conducive to the development of chemical labor education in senior high schools from the perspective of subject integration.At the same time,it also provides rich cases for front-line teachers’ teaching and helps to further optimize teaching strategies.
