Labor is the essential feature that distinguishes human beings from animals.Labor education is an important starting point for promoting students’ all-round development.Cultivating students’ correct labor concepts is the basis and premise of labor education.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made it clear in his many speeches that education should guide students to advocate and respect labor.This fully reflects the importance that the party and the state attach to cultivating students’ labor concepts in the new era.At present,the achievements of the academic circles on labor education in high schools have become increasingly enriched after the promulgation of the new curriculum standards,but it is still relatively rare to analyze the achievements of high school students’ labor concept formation from the perspective of history teaching.At present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of the concept of labor in high schools.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of labor concepts in the high school stage,the important significance of cultivating the labor concepts of high school students is expounded from the requirements of the history curriculum standards,the driving force of the history college entrance examination,and the great significance of the labor concepts to the evolution of human history and the comprehensive development of high school students.Through field investigations and interviews,the main problems in the cultivation of labor concepts in high school are analyzed:students’ understanding of labor needs to be improved,history teachers still need to dig deeper into labor knowledge,the methods and methods of training are relatively single,and the evaluation mechanism is lacking.And further analyze the causes of the problem:the constraints of traditional labor concepts,the negative impact of exam-oriented education,and the positioning of the "sub-subject" of history disciplines.In addition,the relevant content of labor in history textbooks is integrated and analyzed,and suggestions are made for the cultivation of high school students’ labor concepts from the aspects of excavating teaching resources,creating historical situations,and improving evaluation mechanisms.Through the joint promotion of the above aspects,we will effectively cultivate and enrich the labor concept of high school students.
