| Labor is the fundamental force to promote the progress of human society.Marx discovered the essence of labor through in-depth investigation of labor,and exposed the general situation of labor alienation under capitalist production relations,and then raised the idea of combining productive labor with education.Marx’s opinion of labor concept education contains scientific connotation,which clarifies that the labor creation not only realizes the accumulation of material wealth,being a method to improve social production,but also benefits to the promotion of people’s spiritual realm,which is the only way to realize people’s allround development.Since the 19th congress,based on the full continuation of Marxist labor concept and Chinese excellent traditional culture,General Secretary Xi Jinping at many times deeply discussed the labor concept education in the view of the advocation of labor,the respect of laborer,and the praise of the labor creation.For instance,"to achieve our goals,in the long run,it depends on working hard,honestly,and scientifically”,advocate the social atmosphere of diligence,frugality and endeavor,so that the fruits of labor of all people are respected.”It can be seen that General Secretary Xi Jinping has enriched the ideological connotation of labor concept education from the aspects of reshaping the educational function of labor concept education,improving the training goal of laborers’ quality,and creating the glorious social fashion of labor.In March 2020,"The Opinion on Strengthening the Labor Education of the Primary school,Secondary school and College in the New Era" has been issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.This document has emphasized that the labor education is an important content of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and made the top design of labor education in the new era from the aspects of the education goal and content,which provides support for the development of the labor education in the new era.The labor concept education gives play to the inherent educating value of labor,which can educate students in the concept of respecting labor,recognizing the existence value of laborers and correctly viewing the division of labor.For college students in the new era,their thinking mode is active,and they attach the importance to the realization and transcendence of self-value.However,in recent years,with the continuous upgrade of information technology,bad ideologies and instabilities in the value judgement,including historical nihilism,utilitarianism and hedonism have infiltrated to the college students imperceptibly,which seriously interferes with the formation of the labor concept for college students in the new era.In the part of college students,wrong value tendency such as"utilitarianism of labor value","passivism of labor attitude" etc.,occurs.This also reflects the absence of the role of school,family and society in the education of college students’ labor concept.China is in a critical period of social transformation,which requires laborers to dialectically unite their personal development with the mission of the whole country in the era.Combining the characteristics of the new era,this work focuses on the enrichment of the content of labor education of college students in the new era,and the formation of a trinity of labor education system of school,family and society,which has a strengthening effect on establishing decent labor consciousness,stimulate innovative labor thinking,and correct labor value judgment for college studentsstrengthen collective consciousness in labor,and strive to become high-quality laborers with faith,knowledge of technology and dedication. |
