The Chinese youth in the new era are born at the right time and have a heavy responsibility on their shoulders.As the constructors and successors of socialism,young college students,having correct view of labor,not only affects their own growth and development,but also determines the labor value orientation of the future society.College students establish a new era of labor concept is not only beneficial to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,accelerating socialist modernization,and injecting high-quality talents who can work hard,honestly,and creatively into social development,but also beneficial to cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism,one step further,to promote the formation of correct value orientation of young college students.In order to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the education on the concept of labor of college students,the thesis is based on the background of the new era,starting with the relevant theories for the concept of labor of college students,focusing on the problems existing in the concept of labor of college students and analyzing the causes to bring out possible and useful ways for cultivating the concept of labor of college students.The thesis will be divided into five chapters to discuss and research the education of college students’ labor concept in the new era.Chapter One is the Introduction.The thesis greatly focuses on the reasons and significance of choosing this topic,clarifies the current research in the field of college students’ labor concept education from home and abroad,introduces the research methods and innovations of this thesis,and lays a foundation for further systematic and profound research.Chapter Two overviews the relevant theories of college students’ labor concept education in the new era.On the basis of defining the concepts of labor,labor concept and labor concept education,this part focuses on the characteristics and significance of labor concept education of college students in the new era.On the other hand,the thesis clarifies the theoretical basis and related reference of college students’ labor concept education in the new era.Chapter Three analyzes the current situation of college students’ view of labor through questionnaires and statistics.The results suggest that some college students behave differently in labor knowledge and actions,cognitive utilitarian tendencies.On the other hand,improper labor attitude and the lack of rational understanding,weak willingness to labor and insufficient in spiritual development exist.Chapter Four analyzes the reasons for the problems of college students ’labor view from the perspectives of society,school,family and individual,which is summarized into the four reasons.Firstly,the negative impact of social diverse cultures and social transformation and upgrading.Secondly,colleges and universities fail to offer a perfect education system for college students’ labor concept.Thirdly,there is a long-term absence of family in the process of cultivating college students’ labor concept.Fourthly,College students are weak in establishing a correct view of labor and the sense of self-examination.Chapter Five,based on the problems and causes of college students’ labor concept,puts forward possible and useful ways for cultivating college students’ view of labor in the new era.The first is to make good use of the guidance of public opinion,improving the system and policies,and creating a social atmosphere in which labor is glorious.The second is to clarify the content of education,expand the carrier of education,strengthen the education mechanism,optimize the education environment,and improve the education system of the labor concept in colleges and universities.The third is to correct parents’ biased concepts,paying attention to family traditions and family training,to create a family environment that everyone loves hard working.The fourth is to improve personal thinking ability,actively participating in labor,and to strengthen the self-education awareness of college students. |
