| With the rapid progress of urbanization,a large number of the land around the city has been expropriated,and villagers from several administrative villages have moved to resettlement residential community.Due to the change of living environment,age,adaptability and other factors,children face interpersonal problems in the process of adapting to the new community,such as low interpersonal willingness,lack of self-confidence,weak communication and expression ability and so on.Interpersonal communication plays a vital role in shaping children’s personality and physical and mental development.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the interpersonal communication ability of children in the resettlement community.The professional method of group work can provide opportunities for children in the resettlement community to learn from and support each other,change their bad cognition and behavior,and improve their interpersonal skills.Based on this,this study intervenes in the form of group work to improve the interpersonal skills of children in the resettlement residential community,explores how group work can improve the interpersonal skills of this group,as well as the effective factors and obstacles of intervention,analyzes how to better improve the role of group work intervention,and puts forward the action mode of group work intervention.Based on the logic of action research,this paper makes comprehensive use of observation,interview and other data collection methods to understand the interpersonal problems of children in the "S resettlement community",analyze the causes of the problems,evaluate the needs,and then formulate the group work service plan.Under the guidance of advantage perspective and social learning theory,six interpersonal communication groups on improving interpersonal perception ability,emotional regulation ability and communication and expression ability were carried out for 7 children,and summarized and reflected in time to improve the service plan.Through the evaluation of the implementation process of the plan,the study finds the positive role of group work intervention,refines the effective factors and challenges of group work intervention,and summarizes the action mode of group work intervention in settling the interpersonal problems of community children.The study found that under the influence of factors such as individual children,families,schools and communities,children in resettlement residential communities do have interpersonal problems with low interpersonal perception,emotional regulation and communication skills.They need to correctly understand themselves and others,enhance self-confidence,improve interpersonal awareness,enhance emotional management and communication skills,and obtain emotional support.Combined with children’s feedback and the effect evaluation of group,the intervention of group work has effectively improved the interpersonal communication ability of children in the resettlement community.The specific effective factors of intervention include the positive role of group work values and professional skills,the guiding role of professional theory,the flexibility of the role of social workers,and the reality of demand and effect evaluation in action research.Of course,in the process of intervention,group work also faces challenges such as "cognitive deviation of group members’ behavior change orientation","operational limitations of professional theory","sustainability of group service" and "professional service ethics".In this regard,this paper puts forward the action mode of group work intervention.On the basis of establishing professional relations,assessing needs,formulating and implementing plans and effect evaluation,this paper emphasizes the flexibility and comprehensiveness of methods to help children in resettlement residential communities solve interpersonal problems and achieve self-growth. |
