Research On The Group Work Of Improving The Interpersonal Skills Of Housewives In Urban Demolition And Resettlement Communities

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's urbanization process is also accelerating,in this process,a new type of "relocation" community has emerged.Because of this kind of community with rural communities and the duality of urban community and transitional,so make the class in the community residents' living environment and life order hit,a majority of the women in the community inhabitants higher,interpersonal skills were a lack of housewife,after the relocation,the lack of interpersonal skills and its relevant demand further.Taking the housewives in the relocation community C of lanzhou new district as the research object,this paper discusses how to increase their energy.After early research found that the housewife in the community than in the community of women was very large,with a low level of human capital and parenting role stress,heavy environmental adaptation ability is poor,weak social support network and involuntary into a full-time housewife and other obvious group characteristics,and mostly face or underlying cause interpersonal skills is lack of all kinds of problems,is an urgent need to social workers use a professional method for its energized.,therefore,the present situation and the demand for C community housewife to interview and participation observation were investigated after combing,according to the theory of energized and social support network theory as the theoretical basis,through 6 group activities conducted to help them from the individual level,interpersonal level and environment level is energized and can realize personal self-determination and self-realization,and interpersonal skills to effectively improve,mutual support among the members of the network,have been established,help links to resources,the effective interaction between gain with the environment.Through relevant assessment at the end of the practice and reflection,found in the process of energized on the depth of the service object of powerlessness and service object of the policy environment and living environment should be put more attention,the late service can consider to build the community housewives in their women's organizations,and supported by increasing energy theory using professional social work method for resettlement community housewife enhance the feasibility and necessity of interpersonal skills are discussed in this paper.
