In 2016,the State Council issued a report on strengthening the protection of children’s care for left-children.Since the attention paid by the whole society to left-children’s healthy growth has become a hot spot for the whole people,the problem of left-children ’s mental health,safety,education,socialization,behavior deviation,parent-child,and other generations has not been resolved.However,there is no substantive solution to the problem of left-children’s interpersonal communication.The interpersonal communication ability of left-children has a direct impact on their interpersonal relationships,academic achievements,hobbies and so on.Some left-children are not satisfied with their interpersonal communication,and even have the tendency to be autistic and depressed.These not only seriously affect the healthy growth of left-children,but also endanger social stability and hinder national development.Therefore,it is difficult to predict the consequences if effective measures are not taken.Under the guidance of the national policy of caring for left-children in rural areas and adhering to the value of social work "helping others to help themselves" and adopting the method of group social work,this study continuously explores the new model and new path of the healthy growth of left-children.The purpose of the study is to improve the interpersonal communication ability of left-children.The purpose of the study is to study the value and significance of group work intervention in enhancing left-children’s interpersonal communication ability,and how group work can intervene in the improvement of left-children’s interpersonal communication ability.The effect of group intervention on left-children with improved interpersonal communication skills.Based on the theory of interpersonal needs,the theory of group dynamics and the theory of social work,this study investigates,analyzes and evaluates the present situation and needs of the left-children’s interpersonal communication ability through the literature method,interview method,observation method,scale method and action research method.The middle stage team has frequent interaction,personal self-confidence,enhanced team cooperation,formation of team cohesion and holding force of the group;The last stage activity is about to end,to deal with the group ’ s emotion,to carry out the process evaluation and the result evaluation of thegroup activities.Finally,the evaluation and reflection are carried out to summarize the advantages and the role of the team’s participation in the improvement of the interpersonal communication ability of the left-children.The team’s work is involved in the promotion of the interpersonal communication ability of the left-children,and the guiding service,the model service and the normal service mechanism can be formed,and the problems and deficiencies in the research are explained.
