With the development of urbanization in China,the number of relocated communities is gradually increasing,and the former rural left-behind children become urban left-behind children accordingly.Because such children are not well adapted to urban life and lack of communication with their parents,they tend to suffer from loneliness,inferiority,anxiety and other negative emotions during their growth,which will have a negative impact on their interpersonal communication.Left-behind children's interpersonal skills have a direct impact on their mental health,academic performance,interests and hobbies,etc.Left-behind children will even have autism,depression and other tendencies in the long run,these problems will seriously affect the healthy growth of left-behind children.How to effectively improve the interpersonal skills of left-behind children in the relocated community is a problem that we should pay attention to at present.In view of the current situation of interpersonal communication among left-behind children in the relocated community,this study takes the left-behind children aged 7-13 in S community as the research object,takes social learning theory and advantage perspective theory as the guidance,and collects data through questionnaire,interview and observation method.And further summarizes the need to improve self-cognition,improve self-confidence,enhance the initiative of communication,learning interpersonal skills and other needs.On this basis,the Happy Growth-Interpersonal Communication Ability Enhance Group was developed.Six group activities were designed to improve the interpersonal communication ability of left-behind children.The research results show that the group for improving the interpersonal skills of left-behind children in the relocated community has effectively improved the self-awareness,self-confidence and interpersonal skills of left-behind children,indicating that the intervention of group work is effective.Based on this,the author summarized and reflected on the activities,so as to provide some references and suggestions for the future research of left-behind children in the relocated community.
