| General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the need to attach great importance to patriotic education,especially the patriotic education of young people under the conditions of the new era.The middle school stage is a critical period for the formation of students’ worldview,outlook on life and values,and students are highly malleable,so patriotic education in this period is especially important.Morality and Rule of Law" class in junior high school is a basic class for students’ ideological and political education,which has a positive guiding role in correctly cultivating students’ values,and also has incomparable advantages in further systematically cultivating positive and healthy patriotism feelings of our young students,which helps to comprehensively stimulate good patriotic feelings of young students,cultivate them into qualified builders and successors of socialist cause It will also help to promote the realization of the Chinese dream.Through the compilation of domestic and foreign literature,questionnaires,interviews and real classroom observations,the thesis investigates patriotic education in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school and consists of five parts.The first part is an overview of relevant theories.The concepts of patriotism and patriotic education as well as the characteristics of patriotic education are explained,and the theoretical contents and ideological materials of patriotic education are introduced.The second part is the importance and feasibility of strengthening patriotism education in the teaching of Morality and Law in junior high school.The importance of patriotic education is explained from five aspects: cultivating students’ patriotic feelings,enhancing students’ patriotic responsibility,cultivating students’ family sentiment and national identity,improving teachers’ patriotic education quality,and promoting the spirit of patriotism and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and the importance of strengthening patriotic education in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law in junior high school is argued from three aspects: the content of both,the goal,and the direction of curriculum standards.The feasibility of strengthening patriotism education in the teaching of Morality and Law in junior high school.The third part is to investigate and analyze the current situation of patriotism education in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school in conjunction with educational internship.Questionnaires are conducted for students and interviews are conducted for teachers,and the results of the survey are presented,and then the problems of patriotism education in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school are identified from four aspects:teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and students’ cognition,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.The fourth part is to propose specific strategies to strengthen patriotic education based on the problems and causes of patriotic education in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school,starting from four aspects: improving the evaluation method of patriotic education,attaching importance to the construction of patriotic education in schools,improving teachers’ ability of patriotic education,and students consciously correct their attitude towards patriotic learning.The fifth part is to combine the strategies of strengthening patriotism education in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school in the fourth part of the thesis,and to take the second box of the seventh lesson of the eighth grade of Morality and Rule of Law of the Renminbi edition,Service to Society,as an example,to carry out specific teaching practices and demonstrate how to carry out effective patriotism education in the classroom of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school. |
