After the arrival of the post-epidemic period,with some repeated waves of epidemics in some regions,more and more people have improved their awareness of physical health and actively participated in sports activities.However,the physical health of students is still in an excessive stage.At present,the physical health of adolescents is declining,and the obesity rate and myopia rate are gradually rising,which makes the reform of school physical education particularly urgent.To achieve the ultimate goal of cultivating students ' interest in sports and lifelong sports consciousness,ensuring teaching quality is the top priority.As Mr.Liang Qichao said :' Young strong is strong,young rich is rich.In today ' s era,it is necessary to cultivate compound social talents.School education for the future shoulders arduous tasks,making the improvement of school physical education level an urgent requirement.The reform of physical education in the middle school entrance examination in Yunnan Province raised the score to 100 points,classified physical education as a“ main subject ”,and took the first step of the reform.However,the future sports teaching and assessment still faces many challenges.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and study the current situation of school physical education in Xishan District,Kunming City,Yunnan Province.The research object locks in the first grade students and physical education teachers,as well as the sports bureau related experts,school sports managers.This study investigates and analyzes the objectives,contents,methods,environment and teaching evaluation of school physical education after the reform of physical education in senior high school entrance examination,and studies the influence of physical education reform in senior high school entrance examination in Yunnan Province on physical education in Xishan District of Kunming.The research conclusions are as follows.1.Physical education teachers and sports discipline status,increase the social identity of physical education teachers,improve the enthusiasm and pride of physical education teachers.2.Teachers 'teaching objectives,contents and methods are mainly carried out around the new sports program.Before and after the reform,teaching methods and evaluation methods have changed,but teaching methods and ideas need to be innovated and teaching evaluation methods need to be improved.3.There are significant differences between male and female students ' sports learning motivation,which is conducive to stimulating sports interest and transforming pressure into learning motivation.4.The implementation of the new program plays a role in promoting students ' awareness of physical exercise and classroom attitude.The time of students participating in physical exercise after class has increased significantly,but there are differences between male and female students in the time of physical exercise after class.5.At present,the physical education teaching environment basically meets the actual needs,but the physical education teachers are uneven,the proportion of teachers and students is unreasonable.Through analysis and research,we can further understand the current reality,and put forward corresponding suggestions and thinking.1,whether national or social level,should give sports teachers as much support and attention as possible,promote the development of teachers ' occupation,constantly improve the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of work,promote the improvement of teaching level.2.Setting up physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools to lay the foundation for the health of middle school students.In the process of sports reform should be ' point to line,line to face ' to promote the need for a process of training.3.Teachers continue to explore,through a wide range of teaching,evaluation methods to improve students ' enthusiasm and creativity,the usual sports scores into the score,pay attention to the individual differences of students,take gender grouping,homogeneous grouping,interest grouping and other methods,effective integration of teachers.Setting goals scientifically,teaching always runs through the three parts of 'coaching,coaching and competition ' to cultivate students ' lifelong sports consciousness.4.Set up scoring standards according to the actual situation of students,strengthen the supervision of the evaluation system,and ensure the fairness and justice of the sports examination.Installation course monitoring on campus to ensure teaching quality and eliminate safety hazards.5.Integrated use of sports resources,such as waste recycling;develop extracurricular sports resources(school-school cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation)in cooperation with the three parties,so that physical exercise extends to the outside school,and encourage students to actively participate in extracurricular sports activities.
