In recent years,due to the party and the state’s positive attention to the physical health of young people,the level of physical health of young people in our country has rebounded,and the middle school sports examination is an important measure in the development of the physical health of young people.In 2019,in response to the call for school physical education in the new era,the Department of Education of Yunnan Province issued the implementing opinions of the Department of Education of Yunnan Province on further deepening the reform of the system of school entrance examination at the senior high school level,a series of changes have taken place in the teaching of physical education in schools since the implementation of the reform of the senior high school entrance examination system in Yunnan Province,which has put forward higher requirements for the physical health of compulsory education students in the province,has had the certain influence to the school physical education teaching.In this study,744 students and 47 teachers from eight middle school schools in Kunming,Yunnan province were investigated,by means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,on-the-spot observation and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the teaching concepts,contents,methods,evaluation and environment of junior high school students,physical education teachers in Kunming Kunming,with a view to identifying the problems existing in the teaching of junior high school physical education in Hong Kong,to provide reference and reference for school physical education in Kunming.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the idea of physical education teachers in Kunming junior middle schools is to promote students’ mastery of sports skills and improve students’ examination results;Kunming junior high school students’ participation in physical education classes and after-school physical exercises is mainly based on the examination items,the reason is that the implementation of the reform of the sports entrance examination system in Yunnan province has increased the percentage of the examination scores and increased the examination items.(2)the needs of physical education teachers and students in junior secondary schools in Kunming for the physical education teaching environment in schools are basically met;Most students chose standing long jump,Sit-up,forward bend,and 100 meter run as the two basic physical fitness tests,basketball,volleyball,martial arts,two of the special skills as the test items,because the teacher specified the test items,the selected items easy to score,can improve test scores.(3)the professional status of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Kunming has been promoted,and the teaching pressure of physical education teachers has increased.The phenomenon of "examination-oriented education" has appeared in the teaching contents of physical education teachers,physical education can not get rid of the model of "examination-oriented education",which neglects the cultivation of students’ interest in physical education and their initiative and enthusiasm in learning.(4)the teaching atmosphere of physical education classes in Kunming junior middle schools was more active,but the enthusiasm of male students in physical education classes was significantly higher than that of female students.This was because female students’ physical strength was weaker than that of male students,female students have a psychological fear of some sports items.The idea of exam-oriented education makes female students think that the exercises of the sports items in the physical education class are boring,most of the junior high schools in Kunming have increased their investment in sports environment construction,but with the increase of sports scores and projects,there are still some schools whose facilities and facilities can not meet the actual needs of teachers and students./n(5)the problems existing in physical education teaching in Kunming junior middle schools: the teachers’ concept of physical education is not clear enough,the students’ cognition of physical education is incorrect;Teachers still use more traditional sports teaching methods,students are not active in sports learning;schools are not reasonable in dealing with the relationship between sports teaching and sports test;Students can not play their own role in the selection of examination items in physical education,and the physical education teaching environment can not meet the needs of teachers and students.(6)to propose the following strategies for the development of physical education in junior middle schools in Kunming under the background of the reform of the Physical Education Entrance Examination in Yunnan province: to publicize and popularize the reform of the physical education entrance examination in depth,and to realize the correct aim of the implementation of the Physical Education Entrance Examination,the aim of "teaching","learning" and "testing" should be consistent,the content of physical education should be optimized,and the items of high school entrance examination should be coupled with the teaching materials We should be flexible in the application of physical education teaching methods,explore the innovative teaching methods to adapt to the middle school physical education examination,optimize the team of physical education teachers and make rational use of physical education resources.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)to renew and change the teaching idea,to abandon the traditional thinking of inculcating knowledge and skills to students,to encourage students to study independently and to take students as the main body,the teacher timely instructs the student to study grasps the movement knowledge,the skill,enhances the student sports study the enthusiasm and the initiative.(2)the concept of "one body,two educations" is put forward under the current situation that the environment of "examination-oriented education" can not be changed,"integration" refers to the gradual realization of students in physical exercise to enjoy the fun,enhance physical fitness,sound personality,temper the goal of will,"double education" refers to "sports people" and "sports points" to improve the physical fitness of students,exercise will quality,shape a sound personality,promote the overall development of students,to benefit students for life;Improving students’ scores in the middle school examination of physical education by physical education points."one body,two breeding" can not be separated separately,they are complementary to each other and promote each other.The future research should focus on the reform of junior high school physical education should be how to achieve "one body double education.".(3)in the context of the physical education middle school entrance examination,physical education teachers should reasonably arrange teaching plans and modularize the total time of physical education teaching in each class around the reform of the Physical Education Middle School Entrance Examination in Yunnan Province,the content of the teaching material "Physical Education and health" and the practice of the items in the middle school physical education examination are divided into modules,and the two are connected reasonably and effectively in the physical education classroom according to the actual situation of the students,to help students in the physical exercise class to enjoy the fun,enhance physical fitness,sound personality,temper the purpose.(4)PE teachers should arrange proper amount of PE homework for students,plan the school’s existing sports facilities reasonably,and increase the number and variety of sports facilities around the sports items for the secondary school entrance examination,to enable students to PE class learning,that is,physical education teachers in the classroom teaching results in the students after-class physical training to be consolidated and expanded.
