The implementation and development of labor education is a key measure to solve the talent reserve gap and adapt to China’s national conditions.It is a lso an important component of the education to cultivate students’ all-round development in various directions,which meets the needs of students’ physical and mental health growth and efficient improve ment of labor skills.The study in senior high school is busy and time is tight,but it also coincides with the important node of students’ gradually establishing independent consciousness and developing scientific outlook on life and values.Ideological and political lessons become one of the important channels to carry out labor education.The investigation found that in some schools,labor is linked with "disguised corporal punishment" and labor education is gradually weakened or missing.Accordingly,how to give full play to the thought political lesson teacher guide students the role of the correct development direction,looking for high school thought political lesson of the knowledge content and labor education compatible new opportunity of contact,by cultivating the concept of personal thoughts and set up correct work organic fusion,is enriching the content of ideological and political course,widen the key problems of labor education way.It is necessary to carry out research on this issue in this paper.The main contents are as follows:The first part is the high school ideological and political class labor education related overview.Firstly,it makes clear the concept of labor and labor education,and further discusses the knowledge system of marxist labor education thought,the labor view in our tr aditional culture and the important instructions of our pa rty for education.Secondly,it discusses the contents of labor education knowledge in ideological and political lessons.Finally,the significance of attaching importance to labor education for sen ior high school students is discussed from social and individual perspectives.The second part is the specific data obtained from the comprehensive investigation institute,and analyzes and concludes that there are still objective problems in the research of high school ideological and political labor education,such as training subjects,education policies and other aspects,as well as subjective problems related to students in this section.The reasons include the guiding ideology of exam-oriented education,the lack of professional ability of some teachers,the punishment of labor "turning into",the excessively concentrated family favor,the marginalization of labor education in schools and the influence of social undesirable phenomena in the cultural field.The third part is based on the actual survey results,this paper analyzes the work of the specific conditions of the education practice,from teachers,parents,society,schools and so on four aspects put forward the countermeasures,in order to furth er promote the high school thought political lesson organic permeability of labor education,broaden the channels of labor education,guides the student to set up the correct view of labor,improve the labor quality of students in an all-round way.The fourth part is the case analysis of high school ideological and political labor education course,including teaching design and teaching reflection.Comprehensive above research contents,this article aims to explore new fusion of high school thought political lesson and labor education,discusses the active function of teachers’ subject,seeking to carry out the high school thought political lesson curriculum content,curriculum standard method,to help students to establish scientific concept of labor and po sitive labor consciousness,cultivate the comprehensive de velopment of diversified talents are all has the positive significance.
