For a long time,China’s judge punishment is not an exclusive term,with the color of administration.In the context of the new round of judicial system reform in 2014,the reference of judge disciplinary committee was put forward,but there are few cases handled by judge disciplinary committee in various places in recent years.Until now,some provincial-level judges’ disciplinary committees have been established one after another,and its substantive operation is expected to take some time.However,the situation does not wait.Under the situation that the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system is fast and steady,and the promotion of the judge punishment system is slightly lagging behind,when the "full coverage of supervision" has become a grand sight,the functional orientation of the supervision department and the judge punishment Committee in the Court seems to have been broken;The awakening and accelerated operation of the judge disciplinary committee system actually impacted the original pattern of national discipline inspection and supervision and internal supervision of the court.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the chain impact of court discipline inspection and supervision by replacing the original administrative judge punishment with judicial judge punishment procedure.This paper studies the disciplinary system of judges under the background of discipline inspection and supervision in China.By discussing the main body of the judge disciplinary system reform in our country,the present situation,etc.,comb around the court of jurisdiction over the supervision and administration measure,etc.,and combining the investigation questionnaire in-depth analysis of judge disciplinary system in China is facing wrong standard definition is not clear and not clear,disciplinary inspection and supervision of the disciplinary procedures and judges disciplinary cohesion is not smooth,etc.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to clarify the functional boundaries of disciplinary work;Promoting the standardization of disciplinary procedures for judges;It clarifies the relevant policy enlightenment such as the initiation procedure of judge punishment,and puts forward higher requirements of professional ethics,ethics and professional level for judges,so as to improve the overall quality of judges,enhance judicial credibility,and safeguard social fairness and justice.
