| Under the background of the reform of the national supervision system,the discipline inspection and supervision resident agencies have also continuously deepened the reform as an important part of it.The discipline inspection and supervision resient agencies have gradually realized a series of reforms from the central to the local In order to paly a better role and adapt to the requirements of China’s comprehensive and strict governance of the party.In the process of continuous deepening of reform,the discipline inspection and supervision resident agencies are inevitably leading to new problems at the same time of playing an important role in supervision.It has been an important issue we face the new era that how to paly a better role of the resident agency’s supervision,how to further strengthen the construction of discipline inspection and supervision resient agencies,and how to deepen the unified management reform of the discipline inspection and supervision resident agencies continuously.This paper regards D city as the main research object in promoting and practicing the unified management reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision organization.It is hoped that the experience and practice in the reform of the D-city will be summarized and the problems and causes in the reform will be analyzed.Studied,which will then help explore ways and means to solve the problems in reform of the discipline inspection and supervision resident agencies,and provide a useful reference for further deepen the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision resident agencies in our country.This paper focuses on the specific practice of D-city reform in the discipline inspection and supervision organization.The article mainly includes four aspects:First,it explains the related concepts and theories of Disciplinary Inspection Committee and Supervisory Committee under the background of the reform of the national supervision system;secondly,it comprehensively expounds the development process and direction of thediscipline inspection and supervision resient agencies;thirdly,it summarizes the basic situation and achievements of the unified management reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision resient agencies in the D city,and deeply analyzes the current problems and causes to the problems.and it uses various methods such as questionnaires,interview investigation and statistical analysis to analyze;and the fourth part was to provide constructive opinions and suggestions on strengthening the construction of resident agencies and deepening the unified management reform of the resident agencies.After studying the problems existing in the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision organization,this paper finds that many inherent problems have not been effectively solved after the reform,and new problems have also emerged.Through the improvement of the discipline inspection and supervision resident agencies system,Accelerate the implementation of “two responsibilities”,innovate ways and means of work,increase the training of cadres in the field,the outstanding problems existing in the discipline inspection and supervision resident agencies can be solved and they can paly a better role in supervision and inspection. |
