Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Supervision Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organs In Yancheng City

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee issued the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several major issues concerning upholding and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity",which made major strategic arrangements to prevent the anti-corruption problems caused by excessive concentration of power,hoping to improve the supervision efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision organs.At present,China has made some good achievements in the construction of Party style,clean government and anti-corruption.However,due to the rapid economic development in China,the relevant policies and regulations have not been improved,and the criminal methods of some corruption cases have become more hidden and complex,which increases the difficulty of the work of discipline inspection and supervision organs.It can be seen that the situation of anti-corruption work is still grim and complex,and the task of physical reform of discipline inspection and supervision is still heavy and has a long way to go.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the supervision effectiveness of Yancheng discipline inspection and supervision organs.Starting from various theoretical concepts of discipline inspection and supervision organs,this thesis focuses on the supervision work of Yancheng discipline inspection and supervision organs,and through consulting and studying some domestic and foreign scholars’ research on Discipline Inspection and supervision theories,Combined with the operation status of Yancheng discipline inspection and supervision organ in recent years and the typical cases of some domestic and foreign cities that have achieved results in anti-corruption and promoting integrity through the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system,this thesis summarizes the problems existing in the current work of Yancheng discipline inspection and supervision organ,such as low trial efficiency,single supervision mode and virtual supervision links,and analyzes the causes of these problems,It is found that the efficiency of supervision function is reduced,the system design is not perfect,the working thinking is solidified,and there is a shortage of professional talents.Finally,based on the above information,it expounds more specific and efficient countermeasures and suggestions.
