Research On The Performance Of Supervision Duties Of Discipline Inspection Commission At County Level Under The Reform Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision System

Article 14 of the decision adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee clearly points out that we should adhere to and improve the state supervision system and strengthen the restriction and supervision over the operation of power.In this paper,from the perspective of the supervision system of the party and the state,we choose the discipline inspection and supervision system in the inner-party supervision system as the topic.Focusing on the problem of cracking the supervision responsibility of the Discipline Inspection Commission,we choose the supervision commission of the Discipline Inspection Commission of W County as an example.Through research interviews and my work experience in the discipline inspection system,we will show the performance of the discipline inspection and supervision system of W County under the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in this topic Come out.This paper fully grasps the local economic and social development and political ecological situation,analyzes the effectiveness of W County in promoting the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system,and investigates and understands the current situation and challenges of the county’s discipline inspection and supervision work.Through the investigation of the county’s reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,the operation of the discipline inspection and Supervision Commission,the basic situation of the team,and the relevant system of operation,we can have a more systematic understanding.After understanding the system,then from the perspective of public management to explore some of the current problems in the county,and sort out these problems systematically.After sorting out the problems,then from the perspective of public management to analyze the deep-seated causes of these problems,and finally use the three theoretical tools of public management to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper tries to explore the internal law and practice path of the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision in the new era,with the special responsibility supervision as the research fulcrum to provide assistance for promoting the overall strict governance of the party.Based on the actual situation and problems of W County,this paper puts forward the corresponding problem analysis and countermeasures research,so as to achieve the goal of promoting the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision.
