| As a product of the combination of real economy and network technology,network catering has become a popular modern way of catering for the public.Network catering has brought about the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the catering industry,and plays an important role in promoting the development of local economy.With the network catering,food safety has increasingly become a hot topic of public concern.How to do a good job in the supervision of network food safety under the background of the Internet era is a practical problem for local governments to solve urgently.Funing county is one of the top 100 counties in grain output,so it has unique conditions in the development of the food industry,and the food industry has always been the traditional industry of the county.At the same time,Funing County as a large population and food consumption county,so the government has many problems in the network food and beverage food safety supervision,the supervision work has a long way to go.In the study of funing county network food food safety government supervision problems,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey,individual interview,field investigation,with market failure theory,multiple subject work theory,wisdom supervision theory for theoretical basis,on the basis of investigation and study,summarizes the funing county network food problems of the food safety regulation,mainly including: supervision link not tight,supervision information of the public lag,insufficient supervision and supervision mode,etc.After summarizing and sorting out the problems,we further analyze the reasons for the problems in the government supervision of online food safety in Funing County.Besides,the supervision policy system is not perfect,the information transmission mechanism is not perfect,the insufficient supervision ability of functional departments and the lack of technical support and evaluation mechanism and many other aspects.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the construction of government supervision system,constructing the regulation system of regulatory information disclosure,strengthening the construction of government supervision capacity and strengthening the technical guarantee of government supervision,the countermeasures and suggestions to improving the government supervision of network food safety in Funing County."Funing county network catering food safety government regulation research",can effectively improve the local network catering food safety supervision quality and efficiency,further enhance the level of network food and food safety,for the masses of the people to create a good environment for network food safety,so as to effectively enhance the image of local government in the social public,enhance the government’s credibility,vigorously promote the good development of local social economy. |
