Study On Food Safety Supervision Of Network Catering In Songxi County

With the rapid development of the internet economy,network catering brings great convenience to people,greatly meeting people’ s needs to enjoy food,network order is seizing the catering market share with a rapid momentum,gradually showing advantages in the catering industry.But due to the virtuality and concealment of network catering,profit-seeking of market subject,government regulatory failure and information asymmetry between buyers and sellers,lead to the network catering industry caos,the food safety problems appear frequently,make network catering food safety issues become the focus of the people’ s livelihood.For a long time,food safety issues have been concerned and discussed by consumers,government departments and academia.But with the development of The Times,in the face of the rise of new food industries such as network catering,the traditional food safety supervision has been difficult to meet the needs of food safety supervision in the current network era.How to solve the problems of internet catering food safety has become a new topic facing the government regulatory departments.This paper taking Songxi County as an example,based on the theories of information asymmetry,government regulation,digital governance.Through the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,depth interview method,on the basis of survey data of consumers and catering service providers in Songxi County and interviews with regulators,to carry out in-depth research on network catering food safety supervision.According to the results of questionnaire survey and depth interview,fully grasp current network catering industry development situation and regulatory status of Songxi County,and according to the analysis of survey results,we found some problems,such as the network catering food safety regulatory domain of Songxi County exists digital information siloization,backward supervision,the third-party platform of network catering lacks of responsibility.The main reasons are the construction of mathematical information lacks scientific planning,digital regulation is weak,relevant laws and regulations are imperfect,etc.By exploring the advanced practices,combining with our actual situation to grope for corresponding countermeasures,we can start from the following aspects.First of all,we should improve the top-level design,strengthen the construction of digital supervision system,improve the laws and regulations of internet catering food safety supervision,lay a solid foundation for the government supervision.Secondly,we should optimize the function of the system,at the same time,strengthen the supervision efficiency by relying on information technology,accelerate the “one card through” “open kitchen stove”、construction of intelligence examination system.In addition,should speed up to solve the problem of asymmetric information between the parties subject,break through barriers,realize information sharing.Finally,to strengthen social governance and fully mobilize the forces of all parties.Through this research,it provides a reference for government to solve the problems of network catering food safety,and contributes some strength to the establishment of a new model of network catering food safety supervision.
