Study On Government Supervision Of W County Network Catering Food Safety

The rapid development of "Internet +" has given birth to an emerging format of the catering industry-online catering,which is favored by consumers due to its convenience and freedom of choice,but also brings a series of food safety supervision work to government supervision departments challenges.Therefore,studying the government supervision of online catering food safety has extremely important practical significance for the smooth development of government supervision and the maintenance of people’s health.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part,the introduction.It mainly expounds the research purpose and significance of the government supervision of online catering food safety,the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the main research methods and the innovation points of the paper.The second part is the introduction of related concepts and theoretical connotations.It defines relevant concepts such as online catering,third-party platforms,food safety,and government supervision of food safety,and specifically explains the connotation of government regulation theory,and summarizes the three levels of relevant government regulation content: economic regulation and social regulation.and supporting regulation,thus providing a specific theoretical framework for the research of this paper.The third part,the current situation and existing problems of government supervision of online catering food safety in W County.Through a questionnaire survey of consumers in W County,we learned that the main problems are: false information provided by business operators,lack of supervision measures in the distribution link,backward government supervision and inspection methods,and lag in publicity of food safety information.The fourth part,the causes of government supervision of food safety of online catering in W County.It is found that the main reasons for these problems in the third part are that the market access regulation is not strict,the market operation regulation is not perfect,the food safety quality is not guaranteed,the food safety traceability system is not perfect,the information transmission mechanism is not perfect,and the degree of public participation is low.The fifth part,the suggested measures for the government supervision of the food safety of online catering in W County.From the perspective of economic regulation,social regulation and supporting regulation,it proposes to improve the market access regulation mechanism,improve the market operation regulation system,strengthen food safety and quality regulation,build a food traceability regulation system,build an information disclosure regulation system,and establish social Specific regulatory measures such as the public participation system.
