| Food is a paramount necessity for the people,and the food safety is the priority for itself.Food safety is directly related to the people’s health and safety.In recent years,with the rapid development of modern network communication and online payment technology,the online ordering industry has flourished,and the scale of online takeout users has continued to expand.While online ordering provides consumers with fast and convenient services,many food safety issues have arisen behind its delivery industry,which has attracted widespread attention from the people.How to effectively solve the blind spots,difficulties,and pain points in online catering food safety supervision has become the focus of current food safety supervision departments.This paper selected Zigong City as the research object,which based on the theory of market failure and collaborative governance,through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,the problems existing in the supervision of online catering food safety in Zigong City are systematically studied and analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the process of online food safety supervision in Zigong,such as insufficient supervision coverage,limited supervision means,and single supervision subject.Finally,this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supervision of Internet catering food safety in Zigong City:first,strengthen the supervision force and the team building;second,improve resource allocation and promote "smart" regulation;third,improve the regulatory mechanism and ensure its effectiveness;fourth,open channels for participation and promote social governance.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper can also provide some reference for other regions that are similar to Zigong in the situation of online catering food safety supervision. |
