| With the rapid development of the Internet,the online catering service industry formed by "Internet + catering" pattern get the favour of people.Its convenience,speed and fashion have attracted many consumers.However,the frequent occurrence of food safety issues in online catering services has exposed the traditional ways of food safety supervision are incompatible with the the market environment.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the methods of food safety supervision of online catering services.Under such circumstances,Yuechi County has made some innovations in food safety supervision of online catering services and achieved certain results.However,on the whole,the food safety supervision of online catering services in Yuechi County still needs further improvement.There are still many areas that need to be improved,and methods are urgently needed to be optimized.Based on this,this paper explores and researches the food safety supervision methods of online catering services in Yuechi County,on the basis of the theory of social co-governance and information asymmetry,and adopts research methods such as literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other methods.Analyze the current situation,problems and causes of food safety supervision of online catering services in Yuechi County,and propose countermeasures.Through the research of this essay,it can be found that,in order to ensure the food safety of online catering services in Yuechi County,Yuechi County government supervision department has adopted a series of supervision measures,which effectively curbed the occurrence of illegal activities in the online catering service industry to a certain extent.However,due to the outdated supervision methods and equipment of government departments,online and offline supervision faults,information asymmetry,inadequate implementation of platform management responsibilities,the difficulty of consumer rights protection,and lack of supervision by social forces,the level of food safety supervision of online catering services in Yuechi County is still need to improve.For this reason,it is necessary to innovate supervision methods,strengthen quality construction,and encourage social participation to promote the further improvement of the food safety supervision of online catering services in Yuechi County. |
