Resource Integration Dilemma And Solution Of Party Building Alliance In Community Governance

The party building alliance in community governance is the derivation and development of community party building.It is formed by the party in the process of continuous exploration and practice at the grass-roots level.It is not only a new path to solve the integration of grass-roots party building,but also an emerging model for overall planning of Party building resources.It emphasizes the horizontal flow and integration of Party building resources,brings the interaction and exchange between different party building subjects,and meets the needs of flat grass-roots management and diversified social interests in the new era.Therefore,under the new situation of social development,as the basic unit of social governance,strengthening the research on the resource integration of Party building alliance in community governance is of great significance to consolidate the ruling foundation of the party at the grass-roots level,maintain the benign operation of social development and promote the continuous innovation of social governance.In this paper,taking the Fuzhou railway station firewood party building alliance within the community area in front of Chayuan Street Station in Jin’an District of Fuzhou as an example,the author has conducted many field investigations on the public service platform jointly built by the firewood party building alliance-"the first stop in Bamin",adopted the methods of case analysis and interview,based on the current situation of resource integration of Party building alliance in community governance,and based on the integrated governance theory of localization in China,Build a logical analysis framework for the effective integration of Party building alliance resources in community governance under the integrated governance theory.During the investigation,it is found that in the process of resource integration,although the firewood party building alliance of Fuzhou railway station has achieved preliminary results in resource integration,it is still difficult for grass-roots streets to play a leading role,the long-term operation of the party building alliance platform,and the enthusiasm of member units to participate.With the help of the integrated governance theory,the author analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in the resource integration of the party building alliance in the current community governance,mainly including the lack of guarantee for the leading role of the grass-roots street,the imperfect construction of the relevant mechanism of resource integration,and the lack of endogenous power of the multi-directional interaction of the alliance units.In view of the problems and reasons,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions,that is,to improve the integration ability and give play to the leading role of the government;Improve the integration mechanism and consolidate the basic guarantee of the alliance;Gather and integrate consensus and stimulate the vitality of alliance units.
