| Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been a major issue of great concern to the Party and the Central Committee.Since the19 th National Congress,the upgrading of issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers has become the top priority in the work of the Party and the Central Committee.The year 2021 marks a new journey of rural revitalization.How to build a beautiful and livable people to get rid of poverty is the theme of the development of The Times.Xishuangbanna Prefecture agriculture is big but not strong,and the tourism resources are many but not fine.In the context of rural revitalization,the links,fields and levels of interaction between agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture have become more and more frequent and in-depth,which is very suitable for the development of tourism agriculture.In Xishuangbanna Prefecture agriculture and tourism resources status and fusion has carried on the thorough investigation and research,starting from the Xishuangbanna Prefecture natural geography and human resources,studied the basic situation of agriculture and tourism,integration development status and existing problems,the Xishuangbanna Prefecture agriculture brigade fusion development has a comprehensive understanding.By selecting several indicators of the two industrial systems of agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture from 2011 to 2020,the index system and coupling evaluation model of agriculture and tourism are constructed,and the coupling and coordination degree between the two industries are analyzed.The research results show that:(1)the coupling of agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture is relatively high;(2)the coupling of agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture is increasing year by year;(3)the gap of fixed asset investment between agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture is great;(4)the development of agriculture and tourism industry in Xishuangbanna Prefecture is not coordinated;and(5)Xishuangbanna Prefecture is a lagging agricultural development.It can be known that there is good coupling between agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture,and the coupling coordination type is increasing to better coordination type year by year.However,the further analysis shows that during 2011-2020,the proportion of agricultural fixed investment is low,the proportion of tourism fixed investment and agricultural development is not coordinated,which leads to the unbalanced and uncoordinated development of industrial structure.Therefore,the local government should play a leading role,optimize the industrial structure of agricultural tourism,vigorously introduce leading enterprises of agricultural tourism,guarantee the supply of agricultural and tourism talents,improve farmers’ disposable income,and increase the investment in rural infrastructure,so as to improve the quality of agricultural and tourism integration,and create a good external environment for the integration of agriculture and tourism in Xishuangbanna Prefecture. |
