Measurement Of Rural Revitalization Level And Analysis Of Coupling Coordination In Quanzhou

Compared with prosperous cities,rural areas are obviously lagging behind in infrastructure construction and living conditions.Young people are more willing to seek development in cities,resulting in serious talent loss and problems such as the inability to retain talents and an aging population in rural areas.The rural revitalization strategy,as an action plan that can solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,can promote rural ecological construction,improve rural governance,promote industrial revitalization,consolidate poverty alleviation achievements,and change the situation of one-way flow of advantageous resources to cities.This article takes Quanzhou as the research area,first sorting out the relevant concepts of rural revitalization.Based on theories such as urban-rural integration,industry integration,and rural construction,research methods such as literature analysis,comparative analysis,systematic analysis,and logical analysis were used to construct indicators for measuring the level of rural revitalization based on the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.The changes in the level of rural revitalization in Quanzhou from 2015 to 2020 were analyzed,and the level of rural revitalization before and after the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Quanzhou was compared.Secondly,the rural revitalization level of each county(city and district)in Quanzhou in 2020 was ranked and compared with the implementation results of rural construction in 2015.After horizontal and vertical comparisons,a comprehensive evaluation and ranking of the implementation effectiveness of the five sub-systems of rural revitalization in each county(city and district)in Quanzhou in 2020 were conducted,namely,industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civility,effective governance,and affluent life.Finally,using a coupled coordination model,the integration and coordination level of rural revitalization in each county(city and district)in Quanzhou in 2020 were analyzed,and the coupling and coordination degree of the five sub-systems of rural revitalization in each county(city and district)were calculated.According to the classification standard of coordination categories,the regional differences in the degree of coordination between the five sub-systems of rural revitalization were obtained in Quanzhou City’s counties(cities and districts).By using ARCGIS,spatial difference maps of the level of rural revitalization and the coupling and coordination status were plotted,more intuitively showing the differences in rural development among counties(cities and districts)in Quanzhou.The research conclusion of this article is that the comprehensive scores of the evaluati on indicators show that the rural revitalization level of Quanzhou has gradually improv-ed from 2015 to 2020.According to the comprehensive evaluation scores of rural revitaliza-tio n levels in counties(cities,districts)in 2020,the rural revitalization level rankings ofcounti es(cities,districts)are Yongchun County,Anxi County,Jinjiang City,Nan’an City,Deh-ua County,Huian County,Shishi City,Luojiang District,and Quangang District.Compared wit h the rural revitalization level rankings in 2015,the rankings of Yongchun County,Luojia ng District,and Jinjiang City have all improved.The counties(cities,districts)with the highest comprehensive scores for the five subsystems are successively:Anxi County(pros perous industries),Nan’an City(livable ecology),Jinjiang City(civilized countryside),Yongc-hun County(effective governance),Nan’an City(prosperous livelihood).Furthermore,the study an alyzed the level of integration and coordination of rural revitalization in Quanzhou city in2020,using a coupling coordination degree model to calculate the coupling coordination de gree of the five subsystems of rural revitalization.Based on the classification standards of coordination categories,the regional differences in the coupling coordination degree of the five subsystems of rural revitalization in each county(city,district)of Quanzhou city were obtained.The spatial difference map of the level of rural revitalization and the spatial diffe rence map of the coupling coordination status were drawn using ARCGIS,which visually displays the development differences of each county(city,district)in rural areas.In conclusion,based on the changes in the level of rural revitalization in Quanzhou,the development levels of rural revitalization in each county(city and district)and the differences in the development of the five major subsystems,suggestions are made on how to promote rural revitalization in Quanzhou in terms of industrial revitalization,ecological revitalization,rural style civilization construction,rural governance,affluence of farmers’ life and implementation of synergistic development strategies to promote coordinated development in each county(city and district).
