| Talent revitalization is one of the important contents of rural revitalization.Each province has successively formulated corresponding policies for rural revitalization and the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,all of which have put forward new demands and requirements for humanities talents.In rural revitalization,there has been a shortage of comprehensive,composite,and applied humanities talents to varying degrees.However,due to the lagging adjustment of humanities majors in universities,the cultivation of humanities talents in local agricultural and forestry universities is difficult to meet the needs of humanities talents in rural talent revitalization.The new liberal arts construction and reform proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2018 provide a new concept,approach,and means for local agricultural and forestry universities to meet the demand for liberal arts talents in rural revitalization.From the perspective of new liberal arts construction,adopting a micro perspective and from the perspective of educational management,studying the coupling between liberal arts majors and the “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers” policies in local agricultural and forestry universities can help local agricultural and forestry universities more accurately grasp the demand for Chinese talents in the “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers” policies,provide targeted suggestions for the reform of liberal arts majors,optimize the supply of liberal arts majors,and meet the demand for liberal arts talents in rural revitalization,promoting rural talent revitalization.This study is divided into three parts:(1)Using content analysis method,from the perspective of education management,to conduct a study on the demand for humanities majors in the “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers” policies and the supply of humanities majors in local agricultural and forestry universities.(2)At the micro level,using the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets and questionnaire survey method,the coupling exploration and validation research between the liberal arts majors in local agricultural and forestry universities and the “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers” policies will be carried out.Using configuration analysis,we will explore the coupling between the demand for "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" policies and the supply of liberal arts majors in local agricultural and forestry universities under the differences in professional structure.(3)Using a questionnaire survey to verify the conclusions of configuration analysis,explore feasible paths and measures for improving the coupling between liberal arts majors and the “agriculture,rural areas,and farmers” policies in local agricultural and forestry universities.Research has found that:(1)there are deficiencies in the supply side of the demand for "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" policies in the liberal arts majors of local agricultural and forestry universities.New liberal arts construction and reform are needed to further optimize the liberal arts majors and improve the quality of the supply side;(2)When supplying the demand for humanities talents in rural revitalization,there are strong disciplines,weak disciplines,and blank disciplines in the supply of humanities majors in local agricultural and forestry universities;(3)The questionnaire survey further tested the conclusions of the coupling exploration research and found that the coupling influencing factors mainly include factors such as the concept of new liberal arts construction in education management,the main consciousness of liberal arts talent supply,and the elements and methods of new liberal arts construction.On the basis of empirical research,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Local agricultural and forestry universities should actively update the management concept of liberal arts education and actively serve the demand for liberal arts talents in rural revitalization under the background of new liberal arts construction and reform;(2)From the perspective of management subject,local agricultural and forestry universities should strengthen the awareness of the subject of humanities talent supply,actively integrate educational resources,improve the supply of high-quality humanities education resources,and meet the demand for humanities talents in rural revitalization in the context of new humanities construction;(3)At the micro level,under the concept of new liberal arts construction,we should continuously promote the reform of the structure of liberal arts majors and the cross integration of disciplines and majors,and cultivate composite,comprehensive,and innovative talents that adapt to and promote rural revitalization. |
