The Development Of China’s New Economy And Its Coupling With People’s Happiness Coordination

Under the background of rapid development of the new economy and the highquality development of the economy,economic development has shown new characteristics and has been given new connotations in terms of its mode and structure.In order to be able to reflect the new changes in the development of the new economy more objectively,the evaluation and research on the development of the new economy should also keep pace with the times to help people better understand the current situation of the new economy from an objective perspective,and then promote the health of the new economy.This article first summarized the connotation and characteristics of the new economic development,combined with the new characteristics of China’s recent new economic development,and used the DPSIR model to construct an evaluation index system containing 5 secondary indicators and 21 tertiary indicators,and then collected Based on the panel data related to the development of the new economy from 2003 to2019,the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each basic indicator,and then the weighted comprehensive method is used to obtain the comprehensive level of new economic development scores and the development level scores of various factors in recent years.The results found that: the weights of various basic indicators are different,such as intelligent manufacturing based on artificial intelligence,technology companies with information as a new element,new types of demand-oriented companies,and new production and lifestyles based on the Internet.The four indicators have greater weights and play an important role in promoting the development of the new economy;the overall level of China’s new economic development is showing a trend of year-on-year growth,and the driving force factors dominate;in the process of the development of the new economy,there are problems such as insufficient innovation and protection of invention patents,and excessive energy consumption.Based on the socialist nature of my country’s productivity development and the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,this article analyzes the relationship between the development of the new economy and people’s well-being,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for people’s well-being to comprehensively measure the well-being of our people The level of development,and finally analyzed the degree of coupling and coordination between the development of the new economy and the happiness of the people.The results found that: personal economic status at the micro level,housing pressure,living environment and social infrastructure improvement at the macro level,the size of the income gap,and the impact of inflation have similar effects on well-being;the overall level of people’s well-being It shows an upward trend,and the degree of coupling and coordination between the development of the new economy and the people’s well-being has changed from a moderately unbalanced to a high-level coordination,and the two have gradually tended to develop simultaneously.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained,five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen system innovation,improve the intellectual property protection system,accelerate infrastructure construction,attach importance to the cultivation of innovative talents,and promote the simultaneous development of economic and social development.There are two main innovations in this article: one is based on the connotation and new characteristics of the new economic development,combined with the DPSIR model to reconstruct the evaluation index system,which can more fully reflect its development status;the second is from the perspective of my country’s economic and social development planning,Analyzed the coupling relationship between the development of the new economy and the happiness of the people.
