Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Community Embedded Pension Service Under The Background Of Old Age Friendship

Purpose: As the aging of our population becomes more and more serious,how the elderly should age has gradually become a common concern of society.In recent years,people’s need for diversified elderly care has been growing,and the drawbacks of the home care model,which relies solely on the family,and the institutional elderly care model,which is slightly incompatible with the concept of aging in place,have become more and more obvious,and it is difficult to adapt to the trend of development of the times.General Secretary Xi Jinping also attaches great importance to the issue of elderly care,proposing that the elderly should have a sense of security,a sense of fun and a sense of security in their daily lives and have a happy and fulfilling old age,and proposes to continuously create a beautiful environment for the elderly,continuously meet the needs of the growing number of elderly groups in various aspects,and properly solve the social problems brought about by the aging population.The social problems brought by the aging population.The issue of elderly care is a matter of people’s well-being and the overall development of the country,which requires the cooperation of various departments and institutions to build a good elderly care environment.Therefore,on the basis of building an agefriendly society in China,the community-based embedded senior care service,which is in line with the construction of “15-minute senior care circle”,has come into being,relying on the advantage of "Not leaving the countryside and Not leaving the neighborhood" and the professional advantage of providing various senior care services.It is a new way of thinking for China to deal with the elderly problem at this stage,and will play a pivotal role in the field of elderly services in the future.However,since this model is still in its initial stage,a series of problems will arise in the process of development.In order to better evaluate the implementation effect of community-embedded elderly care services and to explore the further development of the communityembedded elderly care model,this paper establishes an evaluation index system,hoping to point out the shortcomings of the existing development and provide a direction for the development of the community-embedded elderly care service model through the evaluation of the community-embedded elderly care service model.Methods: Firstly,the evaluation index system was constructed by literature research method.After reviewing a large amount of domestic and foreign literature and policy documents,a database of indicators was established and suitable indicators were selected to build an evaluation index system for community embedded elderly care services.The results were analyzed by using SPSS22.0 software,and the indicators were deleted and modified according to the results obtained,and finally a complete set of evaluation indicators system for community embedded senior care services was formed.Secondly,Yaahp software was used to analyze the index results,and the weight of each index and the ranking within each level were calculated by hierarchical analysis.Results:The results of both rounds of expert consultation were positive and authoritative,with questionnaire return rates greater than 98% and expert authority coefficients higher than 0.85.After two rounds of expert consultation,indicators at all levels were statistically significant,and Kendall’s W coefficient rose from 0.3 to 0.5,and inter-expert agreement increased.Finally,a community embedded elderly service index system containing 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators was established,and the weights of each indicator were calculated and ranked by hierarchical analysis.Conclusion: The final ranking of the indicators calculated in this study is consistent with the content of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory used in the construction of the evaluation indicator system,and it can be seen that the construction of indicators is scientific and reasonable,the research method used is reliable,and the actual needs of the elderly in community elderly care are successfully combined in the construction of indicators,but for the indicators such as encouraging.However,controversial indicators such as encouraging the re-employment of the younger age group need more attention when they are used in practice.In addition,it should be noted that the indicator system is not static,and the indicators can be deleted or modified in the actual application to improve the standardization and correctness of the indicators,so as to continuously promote the development of community-based elderly care services.
