Research On The Practice,Dilemma And Development Of "Embedded" Smart Care Service

With the deepening of the aging of the population,the number of elderly population has increased.The traditional elderly service not only increase the social human burden,but also adapt to social changes difficultly,which can’t solve the problem of elderly care.This thesis based on the embedded theory,Maslow’s demand and age stratification theory,combining the characteristics of the "embedded" and smart care service,the "embedded" smart care service have been born.What’s the differences between "embedded" smart care service and traditional elderly service?How is it applied?What are the advantages in practice and what are the problems?This paper takes H community as the research object,using case analysis and interview method,introducing the practice and dilemma of "embedded" smart care service in H community.Specifically,as the carrier of providing "embedded" smart care service,H community uses intelligent technology to collect information and integrate resources on the smart care service platform while embedded functions,resources and contacts,in order to provide classified and refined elderly service.Based on the interviews,the thesis discusses the dilemma of "embedded" smart care service.From a macro perspective,the embedding of policy,economy and culture have affected the overall environment of the elderly service.From the micro perspective,the problems including the lack of embedded resource and technology.the high price of service and the cognitive problems of the elderly influence the development of the "embedded" smart care service.In view of the problems existing in the "embedded" smart care service,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience.Firstly the government should create a good environment through the effective embedding of institutions,structures,economics and culture.Secondly,the enterprises that provide elderly service should embed high-quality social resource and high-efficiency intelligent technology in the community.Finally,the author puts forward the service framework of "embedded" smart care service,which emphasizes the purpose of people-oriented.And the author establishes a diversified operation made,embeds different levels of service content and intelligent technology in the community,to realize the better development of elderly service.
