Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Smart Senior Care Service In Suzhou

Suzhou entered the aging society in 1982,18 years earlier than the whole country.At present,Suzhou generally presents the characteristics of large elderly population base,rapid growth,aging and empty nests.The contradiction between supply and demand for senior care service is becoming more apparent as the population ages.The rapid development of Internet technology has brought new opportunities to the modern elderly care service model under the wave of silver hair.The smart senior care service which combines Internet and senior care service together is the key measure to improve the service level,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional senior care service in Suzhou.Suzhou is accelerating the construction of smart senior care service.Although there have been some achievements,there are still some problems,such as low awareness and utilization rate,imperfect management mechanism and so on.In order to solve these problems effectively and promote the development of smart senior care service in Suzhou,this paper analysis the current situation of smart senior care service in Suzhou by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and field observation,combined with the relevant policies and practical cases of smart elderly care services in Suzhou,analyzes the problems and the reasons,draws lessons from the successful experience of developed cities and countries such as Shanghai and the Netherlands.This paper gives some suggestions for smart senior care service in Suzhou:we should strengthen smart senior care service from the overall design and planning,build a professional talent team,and improve the service content and quality.At the same time,in order to realize the sustainable development of smart senior care service in Suzhou,we need to improve relevant laws and regulations,formulate local standards,and improve information security supervision from the aspects of policy,supervision and security.
