The need for higher levels of medical and health care has grown as a result of economic and social growth,and China’s medical and health higher education has been faced with new difficulties.In order to further improve the quality of higher education in medicine and health and to cultivate medical and health talents with rich theoretical knowledge,strong practical ability and strong communication ability between doctors and patients,China has put forward the concept of medical-education synergy to build a medical and health personnel training system with Chinese characteristics.Based on the concept of medical-education synergy and combining with its own actual situation,Anhui Province A college has created and implemented the "dual subject education" mode of schooling,which changes the education mode of single-major school in the past and involves hospitals,making full use of the educational advantages of schools and hospitals,so that both schools and enterprises can achieve complementarity and unity and improve the quality of higher education in medicine and health.The quality of education is improved.In this paper,through questionnaire survey and interview,from several aspects such as school subject,hospital subject,cooperation model and cooperation process,we found that the "dual subject education" mode of education in Anhui Province A college has made some achievements: the system related to double-majors is steadily established and constantly innovated,the advantages of cooperation are complementary,the coverage of cooperative hospitals is wide,the quality of clinical teaching is high,and the quality of textbooks of both subjects is high,and the quality of graduates is high.It has initially stepped out of the fireplace dilemma of "hot school and cold enterprise" in China and gradually started to enter the good situation of "hot school and hot enterprise".Although the "dual subject education" mode in Anhui Province A college has made some achievements,through the investigation in terms of cooperation depth,legal protection,incentive mechanism,supervision mechanism and communication mode,we found that the "dual subject education" mode in Anhui Province A college still has the following problems.First,the depth of cooperation is not ideal;second,the legal guarantee is not in place;third,the incentive mechanism is lacking;fourth,the supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect;fifth,the communication channel between the two subjects is poor.In view of the above problems,the author analyzed the causes of the problems by applying the stakeholder theory and synergy theory,and found that the causes of the problems exist in various aspects of higher education institutions,hospitals and government,such as the lack of government management function,imbalance of interests between the two subjects,and single supervision and evaluation body.In view of the problems of the "dual subject education" mode in Anhui Province A college and universities,the optimization path of the "dual subject education" mode is proposed from the practical point of view of China’s medical and health colleges and universities by taking into account the successful experience of foreign school-enterprise cooperation.The first is to promote the deep integration of "dual subject" cooperation;the second is to improve the legal guarantee system of "dual subject" cooperation;the third is to improve the incentive mechanism of "dual subject" cooperation;the fourth is to The fourth is to strengthen the supervision and evaluation mechanism of "dual subject" cooperation;the fifth is to enrich the communication channels of "dual subject" cooperation. |
