The Construction Research Of Synergy Mechanism In Higher Education Evaluation Subjects

The modernization of higher education governance is an important manifestation of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.As the breakthrough and key point of higher education governance,realizing the coordinated governance of higher education evaluation plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of education governance and the quality of education evaluation.At present,the collaborative governance in the field of higher education evaluation is constantly developing.At the theoretical level,academia has carried out theoretical research on the collaborative governance of higher education evaluation subjects.However,the institutional mechanism for the collaborative linkage of various evaluation subjects has not been fully established.In practice,although the subjects of higher education evaluation have formed beneficial synergistic results through close contact and cooperation,there are many obstacles in the practice of educational evaluation,which cannot fully achieve the goal of collaborative governance.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to construct a coordination mechanism for higher education evaluation subjects.The research object of this study is the collaborative mechanism of higher education evaluation subjects.Based on the analysis of the necessity and the practical feasibility of the construction of the evaluation subject collaborative mechanism,the higher education evaluation subject collaborative mechanism is constructed under the guidance of governance theory,which is also according to the SFIC collaborative governance optimization model.The collaborative mechanism of higher education evaluation is composed of the environmental mechanism of policy regulation,the dynamic mechanism of benefit-sharing,the operating mechanism of consultative dialogue,and the supervision mechanism of supervision and feedback.All these components interact and form a benign collaborative closed loop,which provides an important supporting role for the collaborative governance of higher education evaluation and the guarantee of education quality.In addition,based on refereeing the advanced experience of foreign education evaluation subject coordination,specific strategies to build a higher education evaluation subject coordination mechanism are proposed combined with the reality of higher education evaluation subject coordination.In terms of the ideological leve,by cultivating evaluation culture,promoting public spirit,and strengthening governance concept to establish synergy concept.In terms of the subject level,the evaluation subject needs to further enhance endogenous power,clarify role positioning,strengthen positive interaction and cultivate synergy ability.In terms of the institutional level,solid support can be provided for synergy mechanisms by improving relevant laws,regulations,and institutional systems.In terms of technical support,the collaborative mechanism of higher education evaluation subjects can be constructed and improved by building a big data platform,improving the level of intelligence,and realizing digital transformation.
