| Vocational education has been praised by Chinese scholars as "livelihood education" and a talent training base for regional economic and social development.The integration of production and education is regarded as one of the effective ways for vocational education to cultivate front-line technical talents.It can fully apply the knowledge learned by students in school to practical work and realize doing while learning and learning while doing.The three main bodies of government,schools and enterprises achieve the goal of collaborative education through the integration of production and education.The realization of production-education integration and cooperative education is an important index to measure the implementation effect of vocational education policy in private secondary vocational education schools,which has certain practical guiding significance for the implementation and effect test of vocational education policy in private secondary vocational education schools.By introducing the research background,this paper reviews the research status of the production-education integration collaborative education mechanism at home and abroad,and builds an analytical framework for the collaborative education of government,enterprises and private secondary vocational schools on the basis of stakeholder theory and synergy theory.In addition,structured interview method was used to interview persons in charge of industry-education integration in D vocational school of Guiyang,persons in charge of enterprises,and personnel of education department of Guiyang government.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the teachers and students of Guiyang D vocational School,and then SPSS software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the survey data,as well as the correlation degree of each stakeholder.Finally,according to the interview content and survey data,problems existing in each collaborative governance subject in the process of production-education integration and collaborative education of Guiyang D vocational School were analyzed.On this basis,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures aiming at various governance subjects,which has certain theoretical and practical significance in perfecting the integration of production and education in D vocational schools in Guiyang,promoting the high-quality development of secondary vocational education in Guiyang,and establishing our modern vocational education system. |
