Study On The Function Of Township Government In The Development Of Characteristic Industries Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In carrying out the top-level design of the central government’s rural revitalization strategy,how can the township government formulate reasonable and effective strategies,give full play to the functions of the township government in the development of characteristic industries,and adjust the industrial structure reasonably,it is the main direction of the development of rural characteristic industry to form an effective interest-linking mechanism and to ensure the positive interaction and sustainable cooperation among all participating forces.Based on the above issues,this paper mainly analyzes the rural revitalization background of the township government in the development of characteristic industries,the core issue;Study the concept of rural revitalization strategy,the concept of township government functions,the concept of characteristic industries and clarify the relationship between the three.On the other hand,this paper applies the theory of government function and service-oriented government to the study of the function of township government in promoting the development of characteristic industries,taking the government of s town of y county in Shanxi province as an example,this paper applies the methods of literature study,case analysis and investigation,this paper studies the main functions performed by the s town government of y county in Shanxi province in the development of characteristic industries,this paper mainly expounds the problems of the government of s town in the development of the characteristic industry,such as the policy regulation effect is not obvious enough,the public service supply needs to be improved,the overall coordination function is not good enough,the supervision and management is not effective enough,and the propaganda and guidance need to be strengthened,etc.,and the deep-seated reason of its production is explained emphatically.In view of this,this paper,based on optimizing the function of township government in the development of characteristic industry,puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,that is,to make a reasonable and sustainable development plan of characteristic industry;We should constantly improve the financing system and infrastructure,introduce multiple actors to participate in the development of characteristic industries,establish a long-term regulatory system for characteristic industries,and increase the introduction and cultivation of talents in diversified industries,to promote the orderly rural revitalization strategy to lay a solid foundation.
