Research On The Functioning Of Township Government Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important part of the "three rural" work in the new era,and the performance of government functions plays a very critical role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As the most basic administrative organization among the five levels of government in China,the township government is the direct implementation promoter of the rural revitalization strategy.In the promotion of rural revitalization,how should the township government ensure that its own functions are performed in place,and how can it effectively play the role of the link between the township government and the rural people who are in urgent need of rural revitalization.In order to study the above issues,this article through the study of related papers and writings,in order to have a deeper understanding of the implementation of the functions of the township government in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This paper takes Majia Town,Luojiang District,Quanzhou City as an example,based on management theory,to study the status quo of the function of the township government as a basic administrative agency in the process of promoting the rural revitalization strategy.Discover the gratifying achievements made by the basic-level administrative agencies in the process of rural economic and social development.However,due to the deep-seated problems such as insufficient service capacity of township government,limited financial resources of township government,lack of talents of township cadres,and unreasonable evaluation and supervision mechanism of township work,resulting in inconsistency in the importance of various work It is difficult to straighten out the block relationship,the insufficiency of the town government’s human and material security and the fulfilment of functions from the needs of the village level,etc.,so that the functions of the grassroots government have not been fully realized.This article believes that in the process of advancing the rural revitalization strategy,the township government should conform to the overall situation of high-quality development in the new era and actively adapt to the needs of economic construction and social development,and fully perform its own economic construction,infrastructure construction,guaranteeing stability,spiritual civilization construction,living environment improvement,poverty alleviation and other responsibilities.In general,it is necessary to strengthen the service-oriented township government construction,improve the township financial management system,strengthen the construction of township cadres,and improve the evaluation supervision and management mechanism to ensure the smooth performance of the township government’s functions.
