Research On The Development Mode Of Township Special Industries Under The Perspective Of Collaborative

The national strategic plan for rural revitalization puts forward the new requirement of growing characteristic advantageous industries.The development of characteristic industries in townships is an important way to enhance regional economic strength and realize the effective connection between poverty eradication and rural revitalization.Bajiazi Township of Helong City actively responds to the call and insists on developing mulberry yellow special industries according to local conditions and planning.The development of mulberry and yellow industry can effectively drive the employment and income of farmers,promote economic growth and lay a good foundation for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Although the current mulberry yellow planting base in Bajiazi town has begun to bear fruit and made progress in stages,but with the continuous expansion of the planting scale,the industry fails to achieve effective synergy among the multiple participating subjects,and the problem of limited industrial development needs to be solved.This paper takes the development of mulberry yellow special industry in Bajiazi Town of Helong City as an example,obtains information through field research and interviews with people involved in industrial development,and applies the three elements of "external environment,synergistic motives and synergistic engine" in the comprehensive model of collaborative governance to sort out the problems in the development of mulberry yellow special industry in Bajiazi Town of Helong City and their causes.The problems and their causes are analyzed,and suggestions are made to optimize the development model: strengthen the government’s promotion and create a good environment;reduce mutual dependence and return to benign interaction;enhance the power of multiple subjects and bring into play the effectiveness of linkage.By optimizing the development mode,the synergistic ability of multiple subjects is further enhanced and the synergistic behavior is effectively brought into play,so as to provide valuable references for the healthy and sustainable development of mulberry yellow characteristic industry in Bajiazi Town,Helong City.
