| Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Among them,"effective governance" is the key to realize rural revitalization,and the ideological leadership,team service and political guidance of rural cadres directly affect the effectiveness of rural governance.Grassroots cadres in rural area work in the front line of rural areas,which is the basis for the Party to complete all the work in rural areas and an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Having won the battle against poverty in 2020,how to effectively link poverty alleviation with rural revitalization is a practical problem facing the work of grassroots cadres in rural areas.The rural vitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements for the work of rural grass-roots cadre.However,in some areas,there are some problems of insufficient ability to serve the masses,low comprehensive quality and weak ability to drive the farmers to get rich,which restrict the improvement of the grassroots cadres’ governance ability to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy and realize the farmers’ living and working in peace and contentment,it is very necessary to improve the grassroots cadres’ rural governance ability.From the realistic perspective of the comprehensive rural revitalization,this paper takes L County as the research object,analyzes the role and limitations of grass-roots cadres in promoting rural revitalization,and then introduces innovative ideas and measures to improve the grass-roots cadres’ governance ability.According to the in-depth research of L County,the results of promoting grassroots governance by rural cadres under the background of rural revitalization are summarized.Its limitations can not be ignored,mainly manifested as: unreasonable structure leads to the lack of reserve force,low quality leads to the economic development of the leading force is not strong,little enthusiasm leads to the pioneer role model is not enough.Through sorting out and reflecting on the causes of the above problems,the paper puts forward the main ways to solve the problems of improving the governance ability of rural grass-roots cadres under the background of rural revitalization,including: We will give full play to the political functions of community-level Party organizations,pay attention to the recruitment of rural talents,strengthen the construction of rural cadres,establish a sound mechanism for awarding and rewarding them,enhance our ability to serve the people,and intensify efforts to improve community-level cultural development.In all aspects promote grassroots cadres management ability,inexhaustible driving force for rural revitalization. |
