Research On The Construction Of The Organizational Capacity Of The Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general starting point of the "three rural" work and the arduous historical task of striving for the "two centenary" goal;It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the organizational strength of the rural grass-roots party organizations and make them a strong battle fortress for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This not only emphasizes the important position and significance of Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also emphasizes the important role and construction direction of rural grass-roots party organizations.It should be noted that there are still some problems in rural areas,which affect the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the effectiveness of Rural Revitalization.Therefore,in the face of these problems,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations to promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the background of Rural Revitalization and taking x village in Yibin City as an example,this paper studies how to strengthen the organizational power construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.The research shows that strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations is of great significance to deal with and solve various problems in rural grassroots society under the background of Rural Revitalization.The article includes five parts:The first chapter summarizes the background and significance of the topic,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the key and difficult points of the research,as well as the basic methods and shortcomings of the research.The modernization of agricultural countryside is related to the modernization process of the country.As the foundation of the party in the countryside,the rural grass-roots party organization is the core of leading the rural development,and the key to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and to do a good job of "three rural areas".Combined with the current research situation at home and abroad,the article thinks that strengthening the organization power construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations is of great significance to promote the Rural Revitalization and to deepen the grass-roots governance.The second chapter summarizes the basic concepts and related theories.This paper holds that the construction of the organizational power of the grass-roots party organizations is to enhance the political leadership,ideological leadership,mass organization and social appeal of the party organizations to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,so as to provide a strong political and organizational guarantee for the realization of the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.The third chapter analyzes the investigation and study.It includes the typical analysis of X village,and the achievements of the construction of the organizational strength of the grass-roots party organizations under the background of Rural Revitalization.Combined with the investigation,the paper analyzes the problems faced by the improvement of the organizational strength of the grass-roots party organizations in rural X from the political construction,economic development,cultural construction,ecological governance,etc.The fourth chapter summarizes the reasons for the existing problems in the construction of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations.In the process of rural revitalization,there are some problems that restrict the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations’ organizational power.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons that lead to the difficulties in the improvement of rural grass-roots party organizations’ organizational power from the aspects of rural economic development level,power operation mechanism,rural talent team construction and training and education.The fifth chapter summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations.Combined with the current research results and the actual situation,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations in order to revitalize the countryside,from the aspects of strengthening the rural economic construction,improving the rural power operation mechanism and strengthening the construction of rural talent team.
