Research On The Exercise And Optimization Of Government Functions In The Development Of All-for-one Tourism In Pingyang County

In the era of mass tourism,the traditional scenic spot tourism can not meet the people’s needs for higher quality leisure.The concept of global tourism model came into being at the historic moment,which provides a good direction for improving the quality and efficiency of tourism,and has also been highly valued by academic circles and government functional departments.More and more studies have detected that the role of the government is very important in the development of All-for-one tourism.Pingyang County,Zhejiang Province,is a famous old revolutionary base area with rich tourism resources.However,due to constraints in planning and mechanisms,the tourism economic benefits have not reached expectations and the input and output effects are not obvious.Based on the theory of government functions,this paper positions the government functions in the development of Pingyang County’s All-for-one tourism,summarizes the current situation and the role of government functions by using Research methods such as induction and summary,literature research,and field research,summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.Finally,giving countermeasures and suggestions to promote the government functions,in the development of Pingyang County’s All-for-one tourism according to the theory of regional coordinated development.Based on the theory of government functions and the theory of regional coordinated development,this study conducted field research and inspection in combination with the "Red,Blue,Green and Ancient" tourism resources in Pingyang County.The study found that All-for-one tourism is the right choice for the economic and social development of Pingyang County.The government should focus on the role of policy guidance,planning and layout,public construction,regulatory services,publicity and marketing,and set up a good system and mechanism for the market to play a greater role in the allocation of All-for-one tourism resources,so that the society can participate in and share the development results.
