| With the coming of mass tourism era,our traditional tourism mode no longer adapts to the new trend of the times.In 2016,the proposal of "global tourism" made China’s tourism industry have a new development direction.Anhua county is known as the "Hometown of Dark Tea" and has rich natural landscape resources,which has become the first choice for many people around.In the same year,Anhua County was listed in the second batch of national tourism demonstration areas.This paper accords to“ask questions-analysis problems-problems solving”as the research idea,uses the method of interview and case study to analyze the performance of the government’s responsibility in the development of tourism in Anhua County from the perspectives of public goods theory,market failure theory and service-oriented government theory.The results show that the Anhua County government has performed its related functions well in many aspects.However,in the process of the development of Anhua’s global tourism,there are still some problems existing at present,such as the lagging consciousness of macroeconomic regulation and control,the low level of public service supply,the lagging behind of environmental protection and construction,and the nonstandard regulation of tourism market,etc.,the reason is that the development is not scientific enough in the global tourism in Anhua county,the imperfect public service system,the imperfect environmental protection mechanism,tourism regulatory system is not smooth.Based on this,this paper puts forward to strengthen the guidance of Government planning to tourism development,improve the construction of public service system,completing environmental protection mechanisms,and constructing the supervision mechanism of Anhua County’s tourism market.It is hoped that this paper can play a certain reference role for the development of Anhua County’s global tourism and provide a new idea for the same type of cities in China to develop global tourism. |
