Study On The Governmental Functions In The Development Of Global Tourism Arxan City In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,the Arxan municipal government has relied on the country ’s western development strategy,the strategy of rejuvenating the old industrial base in northeastern China,and the “Belt and Road” strategy and other policy advantages,aiming to build well-known tourist destinations at home and abroad,with the aim of developing global tourism and seasonal tourism.The development of the tourism industry will be used as an important engine to promote economic and social development and people in the forest area to increase their income.It will focus on quality construction,precision marketing,and fine management,and will continue to increase brand influence and market competitiveness.The tourism industry will show speed and quality in development.Improve and improve efficiency.However,due to lagging economic development in the region,backward infrastructure such as transportation,and late start of tourism,the overall development level of the tourismindustry in Arxan is still at an initial stage.The modernized scale economy has not yet been formed,and it is difficult to transform the advantages of unique tourism resources.For the advantages of products and economic advantages,the tour of ethnic minority characteristics and forest and folk custom culture that belong to the frontier areas of national minorities are in urgent need of further exploration.Outstanding is not spring,a hundred flowers bloom spring garden.Today,Arxan is undergoing a process of shifting from a traditional tourism model to a global tourism model.The role that local governments should play and what role they play is a problem and issue that is urgently needed to be addressed in the development of global tourism.The purpose of this paper is to propose a model for the development of Arxan in the development of a global tourism tourism system by studying the status quo of the role of the government in the development of the Arxan Tourism.This article mainly analyzes from the following four aspects: The thesis starts with the introduction of tourism development in Arxan City,and elaborates the background,necessity and advantages of the development of Arxan’s development of the whole region;secondly,it discusses the government functions in the development of Arxan City’s overall tourism.The third part of the thesis analyzes the problems and causes of the fulfillment of government functions in the development of the overall tourism in the city of Arxan.The final part of the paper combines the development orientation of the tourism development in the Arxan region and focuses on strengthening the overall planning of tourism development and building the “Greater Hinggan,Fantasy Arxan” brand and powerful promotion of social management putforward specific countermeasures in order to provide useful reference for improving the performance of government functions in the development of tourism in the whole region of Arxan City.
