Driven by the Internet economy,Internet + catering service has become a part of daily life.The survey shows that more than half of the Internet users in China have the experience of online ordering,and the per capita online ordering consumption frequency is high.Online ordering has become an important way for people to consume food.As a new way of food consumption,food safety is the fundamental guarantee for its development.However,in recent years,food safety problems of online catering have occurred frequently,which has seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,which shows that there are many loopholes in the process of online catering supervision.With the people’s yearning for a better life in the new era,the people have higher and higher expectations for online food safety.In order to ensure the people’s food safety,solve the food safety problems of online catering,and build a safe and reliable online catering ecological environment,online catering food safety supervision needs to be improved.As a theoretical research,the author deeply investigated and understood the actual situation of online catering and food safety supervision in the region.Through consulting literature and combining with the corresponding network research,the author analyzed the current situation,existing problems and causes of online catering supervision in detail.On this basis,according to the specific policy environment of local governance,using the polycentric governance theory and the new public management theory,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of online catering food safety from the perspectives of legal establishment,institutional model,regulatory standards,platform construction and social participation.The structure of this paper mainly includes the following parts:The first is the relevant theoretical knowledge of online food safety supervision.Including the definition of online catering,the definition of food safety,the relevant connotation of online catering supervision,the specific segmentation of the research object of this paper and the relationship between them.The second is the description of the specific current situation of online food safety supervision.On the one hand,it describes the laws and regulations,government supervision methods and relevant standards of online catering supervision.On the other hand,it describes the classification of social cases and discusses the difficulties of online catering supervision.The third is the analysis of food safety supervision of online catering.This paper probes into the problems existing in the supervision of online catering food safety from the perspectives of supervision subject,supervision system,supervision object,supervision process and supervision means.Fourth,the causes of food safety supervision of online catering.The causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of regulations and standards,platform construction,supervision links,supervision system,etc.The fifth is the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of online food safety supervision.It mainly puts forward improvement suggestions from the aspects of improving the supervision mechanism,laws and regulations,building an intelligent supervision system,and improving the common governance of the whole people.
