Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Online Catering Food Safety Supervision

In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce economy,the traditional face-to-face food business model has been increasingly close to the virtual net-to-net food business model.The takeout market continues to grow rapidly,the scale of online ordering users keeps expanding,the takeout category keeps enriching,and the coverage of third-tier and fourth-tier cities keeps expanding.Online catering services have been closely linked with People’s Daily life.In this process,as more and more subjects are involved in online catering services,more and more miscellaneous platforms provide online catering services,more and more extensive channels of online catering services,more and more difficult to supervise food safety,and frequent food safety problems in online catering.At the same time,in the context of deepening the reform of "regulation and service",how to change the old way of relying on prior approval for supervision and how to strengthen the in-process and post-event supervision to ensure food safety is also the focus of food safety supervision reform.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the operating status,existing food safety problems and the underlying reasons of online catering services under the background of "Internet +" and the market access mechanism of "wide access and strict control".Taking wenzhou lucheng,for example,by analyzing the status quo of the lucheng network food regulation,existing problems and their causes,and combining the author’s working practice in the relevant functional departments,on the basis of the theory of cooperative governance,improve the food safety laws and regulations,strengthening the government law enforcement ability,improve the platform main body consciousness,set up social work platform in four aspects,such as to improve the network of catering food safety supervision put forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions.
