| Since the convening of the 18 th Party Congress,China in the new era,despite its glorious achievements,has become even more in need of striving and struggling,allowing the trickle of labour to converge into the majestic power of struggling to strengthen the country.The incorporation of the cultivation of the spirit of labour into the overall requirement of training socialist builders and successors is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education in China’s basic education in the new era.The spirit of labour must be cultivated from an early age,and primary education is a fundamental but vital part of basic education.Establishing the spirit of labour,which reveres and loves labour,has a fundamental impact on children’s all-round development,and is an important step in realising their physical and mental development.First,to define the concepts related to the cultivation of labour spirit among primary school students in the new era,to clarify the relationship between labour and labour spirit,and the relationship between labour education and the cultivation of labour spirit.Secondly,the historical,social and contemporary backgrounds of the cultivation of the labour spirit among primary school students are clarified.Again,it is clarified that the content of the cultivation of the labour spirit of primary school students in the new era is diligence,thrift,struggle,innovation and dedication,which is the unity of consciousness and practice.Again,taking some primary schools in Anhui Province as an example,the empirical analysis reveals that the effects of cultivating the labour spirit of primary school students in the new era are gradually emerging,but there are also problems of insufficient labour awareness among primary school students,lack of enthusiasm for labour,disconnection between knowledge and practice of the labour spirit,and misunderstandings in the specific cultivation practices of families and schools.Again,the deeper reasons for the lack of labour spirit among primary school students are analysed from three perspectives: school,society and family.Finally,on the basis of the empirical analysis,countermeasures for nurturing the labour spirit of primary school students in the new era are proposed,namely: improving the relevance of nurturing,strengthening the linkage of nurturing,and enhancing the synergy of nurturing. |
