| An important aspect of domestic rural work at this stage is the governance of the human settlements environment.The effectiveness of this work will have a decisive impact on the quality of life of the rural masses and even the promotion effect of the rural revitalization strategy.Since 2018,the Party and government have actively carried out a series of rural human settlements governance actions nationwide,especially a series of favorable measures in terms of policies.These measures have greatly improved the production and living conditions in rural areas,and in particular,gratifying progress has been made in improving the dirty,chaotic,and poor environmental problems caused by the outflow of rural labor.The standard of living in rural areas has been greatly improved.However,due to various factors,a simple and extensive model has been adopted in the process of rural human settlements governance,coupled with the long-standing plight of poor infrastructure in rural areas,which has caused many problems in the implementation of rural human settlements governance in real life.In recent years,County Z has targeted specific issues such as rural sewage treatment and village appearance improvement,and has achieved certain results,but still has not resolved fundamental issues.This paper first gives a general overview of the research progress of rural human settlements governance,and then discusses the basic status of rural human settlements governance in z county by means of case analysis and interviews.Some concrete problems in the actual governance process are found,such as the government’s responsibility is not in place,the main role of enterprises is not obvious,the villagers’ willingness to participate is not strong and so on.For a series of practical problems encountered in the governance of the actual rural human settlements environment in z county,this paper proposes to carry forward the leading and coordinating role of the government and establish and improve the mechanism of enterprise participation by referring to the experience of relevant successful cases,to stimulate the enthusiasm of villagers to participate,and to improve the relevant governance mechanisms of the main bodies and other Operability suggestions to improve the governance effect of rural human settlements in the region. |
