Research On Countermeasures Of Rural Living Environment Renovation Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the founding of the new China,the party and the state have been committed to improving people’s living standards.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has grown rapidly,ranking second in the world in terms of economic aggregate.However,the rapid development of Chinese cities,in the context of many metropolises have become world trade center cities,rural development is very slow,resulting in a series of social problems.Over the years,the party and government have been working hard to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and allowing farmers to enjoy the fruits of economic development.At present,the living environment in most rural areas is dirty,messy and poor.Governments at all levels have gradually turned their attention to the living environment of farmers,striving to improve people’s livelihood while developing the economy.Both the state council and local governments have introduced policies to improve the living environment in rural areas.However,due to the influence of economic conditions,geographical conditions,customs and other factors in various regions,there are also many obstacles in the process of carrying out the work.This paper takes yulong village of L county,S province as the research object,through inquiring information and field visits to deeply understand the practices and achievements of yulong village in rural living environment in recent years,hoping to provide experience for the improvement of rural living environment in other areas through the situation of yulong village.Yulong village is a pilot village of rural living environment in S province.Since the implementation of the improvement of rural living environment,according to the requirements of the central and local governments,a plan suitable for the improvement of yulong village’s living environment has been formulated.Under the guidance of the government,yulong village collective and villagers have made unremitting efforts in recent years to complete the promotion of the whole village,ecological environment management,infrastructure construction,kitchen and toilet renovation,etc.,greatly facilitating the living conditions of yulong village villagers and improving their living standards.However,there are also many problems in the process of remediation of rural living environment.It is difficult to raise the funds needed for the renovation of rural living environment;Some villagers do not understand or support the renovation of the living environment.Therefore,yulong village in the process of renovation of human settlements need to find the corresponding measures to solve the above problems.Therefore,by elaborating the current situation and effectiveness of the improvement of yulong village’s living environment,this paper analyzes various problems and puts forward specific measures to solve the problems in the rural living environment,so as to further promote and improve the living environment of yulong village.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the improvement of rural living environment,and summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars in this field.In the second part,the theoretical knowledge and related concepts of rural human settlement environment are described,and the concept of rural human settlement environment is further introduced through the elaboration of relevant theoretical basis.The third part expounds the specific strategies of yulong village’s improvement of rural living environment and the results achieved through years of efforts through visiting and inquiring materials.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the process of improvement of human settlement environment in Yulong Village of L County of S province and the specific reasons that restrict the improvement of human settlement environment in Yulong Village under the background of rural revitalization strategy.The fifth part analyzes the reasons summarized in the fourth part,and puts forward specific countermeasures for the improvement of yulong village’s human settlement environment from different aspects such as capital,mechanism,talent and economy.
