China has a long history of agricultural development,and farmers are an extremely important group at various historical stages.In the new era,new vocational farmers,as leaders in the development of modern agriculture and leaders in leading farmers to become prosperous,play an important role in promoting high-quality rural revitalization.Promoting the development of new vocational farmers has profound significance for promoting rural talent revitalization,accelerating the modernization process of agriculture and rural areas,and building an agricultural power.In 2021,the "Opinions on Accelerating the Revitalization of Rural Talents" pointed out that it is necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the times,with the goal of achieving agricultural and rural modernization as soon as possible,and to promote rural revitalization in a comprehensive and three-dimensional manner.It is necessary to further carry out modern farmer cultivation plans,so that farmers in the new era have higher quality and stronger abilities,and become new professional farmers.The development of new vocational farmers is influenced by various factors such as policy environment,quality and ability,education and training.Based on the analysis of new requirements for the development of new vocational farmers in recent years,this study systematically summarizes the professionalization development of new vocational farmers,which helps to provide reference for the high-quality and sustainable development of new vocational farmers and expand the practical path of their development.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this study starts from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy to study the steady and significant development of new types of professional farmers in the future.Firstly,from the perspective of clarifying the dimensions of the concept,it is necessary to define the relevant basic concepts.Due to the experience of referring to "professional farmers" and "new farmers" before the concept of "new vocational farmers" was proposed,it is necessary to analyze and distinguish its predecessor concepts,and then accurately explain the concept of "new vocational farmers".In the explanation section of the concept of "new professional farmers",targeted extraction is made to highlight the characteristics that need to be strengthened in the development of new professional farmers.This is also a characteristic that should be highlighted by the new professional farmer group in the context of rural revitalization,and it is an aspect that should be emphasized and strengthened for its future development.Then,starting from the dimension of theoretical basis,trace the theoretical foundation,and provide theoretical support for the research on the development of new vocational farmers with relevant discourse of Marx and Engels Lenin,Chinese Marxism,and Western theoretical resources.On the basis of clarifying the main concepts and elaborating on the theoretical foundation,further analyze how new vocational farmers can promote rural revitalization,and how rural revitalization strategies can promote the development of new vocational farmers.We have conducted a detailed review and analysis of the interaction and influence between the rural revitalization strategy and the research objects,that is,we have conducted a more in-depth analysis of the internal relationship between the two.From the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,the deep development of new vocational farmers has provided high-quality talents for rural revitalization;From the perspective of the development of new vocational farmers,the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas provides strategic opportunities for the accelerated development of new vocational farmers.The two promote each other.The first two chapters are essential foundational parts of the article,running through the problem-solving orientation,namely proposing concepts,tracing theories,and exploring relationships.The year 2012 marked the beginning of the cultivation of new vocational farmers,and since then,the cultivation work has been continuously deepening.With the proposal and promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of new professional farmers has ushered in excellent new opportunities.While strengthening the team,they have gradually normalized their development and continuously achieved new results.The process of sorting out the development of new vocational farmers is based on the core term of "new vocational farmers",combined with the latest data in recent years.It is mainly divided into three stages: the stage of proposing new vocational farmers,the stage of cultivating them,and the stage of normalized development.The main focus is to combine the policy background of each period and grasp the overall development direction of new vocational farmers under the guidance of important policy documents,Overall sorting out the timeline for the development of new vocational farmers not only deepens the understanding of policy documents,but also lays a policy foundation for subsequent research.By sorting out the policies during this period,it can be found that policy documents related to cultivation work are gradually increasing and tending towards systematization.The top-level development of new vocational farmers has higher requirements.By combining data analysis and focusing on the characteristics of the new professional farmers group,we are committed to developing high-quality cultural,technological,and management oriented new professional farmers,in line with the continuous requirements of the country for new professional farmers.In terms of cultural
