Comprehensively Promote The Innovative Research On Rural Villagers’ Autonomy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural villager autonomy is a great creation of socialist democratic political construction led by the Communist Party of China.It not only fully demonstrates that socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics is the broadest,truest and most effective form of democracy,but also embodies the organic unity of the leadership of the CPC,the position of the people as masters of the country,and the rule of law.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,many changes,new situations and new problems have taken place in rural villagers’ self-governance in the new era.Subsequently,the fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the modernization of grassroots governance system and governance capacity.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the pace of agricultural and rural modernization,which undoubtedly puts forward new requirements for the construction and development of rural villagers’ autonomy in China.Rural villagers autonomy in the process of rural revitalization strategy implementation,not only made great achievements,accumulated valuable experience,ushered in the new development opportunities,but also facing a new era under the background of rural revitalization of new problems,new difficulties,to explore new countermeasures,path to effectively deal with and solve,and promote the rural villagers autonomy,give full play to its role,for the full implementation of rural revitalization strategy to provide powerful political guarantee.Guided by Marxist theory,the dissertation to study the innovation of rural villagers’ autonomy under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Using the literature research method,the unification of logic and history,and the combination of theory and practice.First of all,through the Marxist classic writers of democracy and autonomy,the main leaders of the communist party of China grassroots democratic political theory,and the leadership of the Chinese people in different periods of democratic autonomy practice,to further promoting rural revitalization under the background of rural villagers’ autonomy theoretical basis,historical basis and realistic basis.Then,combined with Hubei Jianli Z town rural field research and the typical case of rural villagers autonomy,strive to deeply explore the role of the strategy of rural revitalization,and implement the strategy of rural villagers autonomy,and on the basis of the interaction between the two promoting rural revitalization of rural villagers autonomy new changes and the new situation.Subsequently,the new development opportunities of rural villagers ’autonomy under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization will be further clarified,as well as the difficulties and main causes faced by rural villagers’ autonomy will be expounded and analyzed.Finally,from the aspects of adhering to the party building comprehensively leading the rural villagers ’autonomy,cultivating and developing the rural villagers’ self-government,reforming and innovating the rural villagers ’self-governance,and strengthening and consolidating the foundation of rural villagers’ self-governance,the path to move forward under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
