| Rural revitalization is an important theoretical achievement of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is a new thought and wisdom extracted by the Communist Party of China in the new historical period.It is the party’s inheritance and innovation in the principles and policies of the "Three Rural Work".It is a new era.The total grasp and task of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Grassroots cadres are the source of grassroots organizations’ combat effectiveness and are the most direct part of the rural revitalization strategy.Cultivating outstanding agriculture-related grassroots cadres and improving the level and quality of professional talents are the premise and guarantee for better rural revitalization.In this context,how to strengthen the education and training of rural grassroots cadres and cultivate outstanding cadres who adapt to the new situation and new environment has become an emerging important issue.Taking the training work of Jiangxi Executive Leadership Academy as the research object,this paper objectively analyzes the main practices,successful experiences,beneficial measures and shortcomings of the college in the education and training of grass-roots cadres by means of theoretical analysis,field research and data investigation.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper first analyzes the relevant situation of education and training of rural grass-roots cadres in Jiangxi Executive Leadership Academy through questionnaire survey,and then reveals the problems and reasons existing in the education and training of rural grass-roots cadres in Jiangxi Executive Leadership Academy In the end,it puts forward countermeasures on how to further improve the education and training of grass-roots cadres in Jiangxi Executive Leadership Academy for contributing to the smooth development and implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The research believes that the problems in the training of rural grassroots cadres include: the excessive role of organizational intention in the training of grass-roots cadres,the low enthusiasm of rural grass-roots cadres to participate in the training,the prominent contradiction between work and study,the training content is divorced from reality and relatively boring,the lax management of trainees,and the formality of tracking and evaluating the training effect.Finally,this paper summarizes four improvement measures: first,scientifically formulate training plans suitable for rural cadres;second,strive to improve teaching quality and training effect;third,establish and improve the training system and mechanism of rural grass-roots cadres;fourth,broaden the channels for selecting and employing personnel. |
