Research On The Development Of Rural Revitalization Strategy From The Perspective Of Farmer

In the report of the nineteenth national congress of the party,it was pointed out that the issue of rural peasants in agriculture was a matter of concern to the national economy and people’s livelihood,that the solution of the "three peasants’ ’issue should always be the top priority of the work of the party,and that a rural revitalization strategy had been put forward.The report of the 20 th National Congress proposes to promote the revitalization of rural areas in an all-round way,to give priority to the development of agricultural rural areas,and to consolidate and expand the achievements made in fighting poverty,thus pointing out clear directions for further agricultural rural work.To revitalize the countryside,the peasants are the main body.As the main body of rural revitalization,the peasants are important forces in the development of the countryside.It is also important to implement the rural revitalization strategy and make strategic decisions that benefit all peasants.The people are the rivers and mountains,and the government will continue to make progress toward this goal,in the eyes of the peasants,what rural revitalization looks like and what the peasants want and need.From the perspective of farmers,this study uses the questionnaire survey method to study the views of rural groups,village cadres and government staff in Tong Ren on rural revitalization,and focuses on the views of farmers on the future rural revitalization.It mainly has an in-depth understanding of the five aspects of rural revitalization,and discusses the current situation and needs of farmers in the five aspects of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life.The results found that farmers’ understanding of rural revitalization is mainly focused on "local industrial development","self-employment","improvement of living security" and "improvement of the environment".In addition,different counties,gender,age,cultural level,and farmers in pilot villages and non-pilot villages have different needs for rural revitalization.Research found that including rural revitalization work mainly exist weak grass-roots organization initiative,lack of innovation,farmers subject status,lack of endogenous power,farmers from soil tendency serious,pioneer and the pilot villages with policy bias,need to improve the operation mechanism,stimulate organizations at the grass-roots level initiative,realize rural industry diversification,cultivate high-quality "three" new farmers,steady investment base,retain "talent",mobilize social forces,including rural revitalization of pilot villages and the coordinated development of integration.
